She was professional, gave me some history of Bentonville and arranged for my pick-up. Impressive! And Affordable!!! The servive called to explain / ask if they could be late picking me up, why yes! And thanks for calling. Driver actually came inside to collect me. More professionalism! Turns out they carry most of the airline crew to and from the hotels. My go to transport for Bentonville!

I figured he parked there briefly to let his customer out, but he actually parked there and stayed for about 10 minutes. It may seem Patti for me to care so much, but when you have your name plastered on the side of a taxi and other business names on the side of a taxi it really makes you look awful.

Look it up! yesterday, we got a fare of $40.00, from another transportation company in the area, and that included a $10.00 charge because they had to come from Bentonville, so the fare really would have been $30.00! When I asked the owner, very politely, to rethink the OUTRAGEOUS price, he told me he told the driver he shouldn't have used the meter and that he wouldn't alter the charge, "I was welcome to come along and ride with him from Gravette to SpringDale to see how much the fare should have been." He knew I was from out of town, and took advantage of us! Please help me send the message that this kind of behavior won't be tolerated and don't use this company!

The final fare was given only after having arrived at the airport. Too bad that they have to resort to these kind of practices. Additionally, the taxi van was an older vehicle. I will avoid them in the future.

We needed a ride to town and the park referred us to Eureka Taxi, they showed up right away in an old white limo. We loved Eureka springs so much we stayed extra days and used Eureka taxi a few times every day with GR8 service from Fuzzy & Hippie Mike in those classic white liimos. They get 5 stars in our book!
