Hi Donna, First of all, I want to say that you were a dream to work with and we had a beautiful wedding at the Pinnacle Center. Now here comes the part where we were not so happy. Gloria was not very kind or friendly the whole weekend. 1. When my sister-in-law arrived Friday, Gloria asked her why are you here? She replied, she was here for a wedding rehearsal as she was the personal attendant and her daughter was a flower girl. She was then told by Gloria to and I quote "go stand in that corner." Not a great start! 2. I understand you have and do many weddings there but, we knew and the Minister knew exactly what and how we wanted things so we really wanted him to run it and I know she was not happy about that either. She kept trying to take over. 3. I was kind of disappointed that we did not even have a row of chairs set up for rehearsal to see how things would go. It was quite difficult to picture walking in when there were not chairs. Even just one chair on the edge of each row would have been great. I understand you had another event there Friday night but a few chairs for us as we paid our money too would have been very helpful. 4. When I arrived on Saturday, I went into the ball room to tell the girls the cakes would be here at 1:30 and Gloria announced in front of everyone, not very nicely I might add, that they came at 11:30 and took up all of your refrigerator space. I am sorry about that but I told them 1:30. They were all in insulated bags as I have to return to them so they really did not need to be in the fridg!! 5. We had to ask for some of the tables as they were not available for us when we arrived to set up. The Bible table and the sand ceremony table were not available. There was a gift table and a cake table for us. We also had to ask several times for a cake knife for the Bride and Groom. 6. We also had to clean bird poop off of the gazebo, it was quite filthy! 7. When our Master and Mistress son asked her for 3 more chairs for the girl's room, they got ready in because they all wanted to sit down after photos before the wedding, she was very rude and said it was not necessary there were already chairs in there. Yes there were chairs, but not enough. She reluctantly got him 3 as she mumbled under her breath. 8. The biggest issue for us was, we did not know that guests were not supposed to come into the pinnacle before the ceremony to go sit down. NO one ever told us that the tarp would be moved and guests were to go in through that side entrance. She got a little bit upset when the Grandparents when they came inside and did not like that, we let them stay and sit down. I am sorry but Kyle (the Groom) was ushering them in and 5 of the 6 Grandparents need assistance. Then the Master and Mistress told her she would get the Bride and her Father when we were ready and Gloria told a young girl to go get them when the wedding party was still waiting to go in. It was very disappointing! 9. AT 6:00pm Gloria told the Mistress of Ceremonies to get the people sitting down because we were running late because the Minister went long. First of all, he did not go long and Happy hour was to go until 6:15, not 6:00 (see attached file). The timeline was on the paper you sent me with all the information on it. Then she proceeded to tell us that we had a cash bar. When I found this out, I was furious!! I paid for that bar and a cash bar should have never been brought up. She should have known her parties and double checked before saying anything to us about that. 10. I am sorry to have to complain but she was the rudest person the whole day. I understand this is a lot and you had 2 weddings but this is her job and word of mouth is huge for your business and I do not feel like right now I can give you guys a 5-star recommendation. I loved working with you and appreciate everything you did to help me but Gloria was not so nice! I am just glad my daughter, the bride did not have to deal with her or it would have ruined her day! From one Bride to another, save yourself stress and go somewhere else. We visited the Pinnacle Center and we were so impressed with Bill and his team, he's a great salesman, but that's all it is, a sale. We later found out they lied about multiple things and broke areas of their contract and tried to blame us (we're still trying to get our deposit back and they're not budging, we'll probably involve our lawyer soon). They broke at least 3 areas of the contract. One is the DJ, it is not a DJ. They will sell it as one, saying they will be the MC, hype of the night and get people involved and dancing. Later, we found out that it's not a DJ it's a guy in a booth playing a Spotify list that you actually have to make. Which, this is also illegal to Spotifys rules, it cannot be used for commercial purposes. With this, they said we had to make the list, and find our own MC. They also weren't even going to be outside at our ceremony playing music. This was super discouraging. Another area I want to warn you about is their food. They raved about their selection and it is super good on the menu. However, when we went to the tasting they had about 3 protein options and 3 side options. They didn't even have a quarter of their options and when asking about an opportunity to come taste other options they were very rude and said that we would have to pay for anything at the full price or the meat or whatever not just even like the price of one meal. We ended up finding another venue, which is so amazing, accommodating and helpful and not going with the Pinnacle Center. We would love to just have our money back, seeing it was them going against the contract. But they're hardly even responding to us now. We are just super discouraged about this experience. read more

We had our daughter's outdoor wedding and reception here Saturday and it was amazing. The wedding planner kept everything moving on schedule. The staff, DJ, bartenders and all personnel worked all night to keep everything moving along nicely. The food was very good and everything was decorated just as we requested. Our organization will never go anywhere else. Everything about The Pinnacle Center was exceptional. There is nothing that rattles their cages and that is an example that begins at the top. There is no situation that is foreign to them and when asked, makes the guest feel like a bother. The facility is clean, well maintained, in a convenient location, has plenty of parking and can accommodate any need. Owners Donna and Bill Wurst have set a standard and lead by example. Their Technical Manager is remarkable. The service staff professional and extremely accommodating. We had a fantastic evening for 320 people when we debriefed on the evening as a staff, the first and most resounding positive was the venue. Thank you all so much. read more

I attended a wedding reception here and if you're looking for the typical event hall this would be a good place. Really nice video and sound system and a pretty garden right outside. They also have a designated smoking area and easy parking. Their food service staff were super friendly as well. However--apparently, it's their policy to close the bar during dinner service...???? So you basically have time to grab a drink when you get there and then wait until dinner is over to go up for more beverages. And this isn't even just alcohol, but *soda* as well. I attended a all day training which went 4 minutes over and right in the middle of the wrap up they shut off the mic, lights , projector and a lady comes in and yells "get out ", without warning. i wouldn't recommend this venue to anyone. I attended a training today that ran a few minutes over. And a woman opened the door and started screaming GET OUT top of her lungs. Not once but twice. Then was screaming from the balcony. I guess after you pay for your time and they have your money they don't care for future people to use their venue. 200 people now that won't return. Went for wedding reception, very nice building and such. Give it 5 stars. Food? Had salad, good, no potatoes, bad, chicken? Cold, dry, and flavor was a 1 star. Chicken was on top of noodles, like mush, no flavor, sauce had no flavor. Rolls? One each, not enough butter. Over all? 2 stars, any one can have a building, but it's the food you pay the most for. Good thing it's free when your invited to something there. Stopped to burger king on way home to top off and get chicken flavor out of mouth! read more

Hosted a 150 person seminar program here. Very nice meeting facilities with top notch A/V. Family owned business with a helpful staff. On-site catering was nice and my guests enjoyed their lunch. Highly recommend for a business meeting. read more

The man in charge was extremely rude and inconsiderate. The food was at best a 5 and the Dj played outdated songs the entire time, not to mention he was up in a room where he was separated from everyone. I typically wouldn't write a bad review but I felt I had to due to the rudeness of the man in charge. read more
