Hardly ever returned calls or emails in a timely fashion. 3. When I had an emergency in my divorce regarding my children, I called his office and he took two weeks to return my call. The only reason he called me back is because the Law Guardian called for an emergency hearing. When we went to court for the hearing he wasn't prepared to represent what happened even though I supplied him with evidence which would have helped my case. 4. After firing him, he refused to send me my file unless I paid him a final bill. Once I did, the file was so small that my new attorney was shocked and mentioned that I should sue him once the case was over with. Luckily for him, I didn't.

Case Dismissed Without Going To Trial…read more In November 2021, I was falsely accused by a cleaning woman in a major gaming facility of a sex crime, one of the worst crimes in America. They cowardly called the police and without doing any investigation, I was arrested and charged. I was devastated! Something like this has never happened to me. A court appointed attorney was assigned to my case which was a nightmare. She wanted me to accept the offer from the District Attorney which would have been disadvantageous to me and my career in many ways.
