However, I want to compliment this office in general. The front office is well staffed. Always friendly and ready to help with appointments, billings and the occasional patient scheduling conflict. The techs are very nice and more than competent. I have never had an experience with the techs that was anything less than great. They seem really well trained and very attentive. I believe my experiences with this dental office is due to the leadership of Doctor Lopez. You won't find a more amiable person in the dental care industry. In addition, he really knows his stuff. I can not remember a time when there was any discomfort when he was working on me either. I have had a wide variety of procedures as well. A bridge, pullings and caps. It just seems like he does everything well. All in all I can not recommend Fulton Dental Health Associates enough!

They had changed how long I'm going to have my braces on every appointment they first said June then July then August and now they are supposed to come off in October. I called a week before to confirm they received my previous records. They told me on that call that they were no longer going to accept my insurance in 4 days. In other words, 3 days before my appointment my insurance would no longer cover the dental visit. I asked if they could reschedule my appointment before they'd drop my insurance, and they were able to because someone else canceled. However, the morning of my appointment day they said the hygienist and dentist were out sick, and they couldn't find another appointment before the insurance drop date. So I waited 4 months for nothing only to have to wait another 6 months until another dental office could schedule an appointment with me. They should have informed me that they weren't going to accept my insurance anymore. If I had not called in advance, I would have gone to my appointment without accepted insurance. In the end it was a significant waste of time. They really screwed me over.

Best Dentist & Office Ever!! This place is a breath of fresh air compared to the numerous horrible…read moredentists I've dealt with over the years. I can not say enough great things about my experience here! My typical dental visit (other places) can only be described as a nightmare. I usually feel horrible anxiety before, during, and after an appt. My last dentist (ConnextCare Dental of Fulton) actually ripped the napkin off of my neck and yelled "Go Somewhere Else Then" when I spoke up and said I wanted to try and save my tooth (not pull it). Unfortunately, this was during COVID, I couldn't get in anywhere else. After a few minutes of me calming her down, she agreed to fill the tooth instead of pulling it. That filling lasted about 6 months before falling out. I knew I wasn't going back so I researched my options, with my insurance. That's when I discovered Oswego Dental Health Associates (formerly Fulton Dental Health) was now accepting my insurance. I made an appointment (still COVID) and was in the chair 2 weeks later. The dentist was amazingly kind and gentle. He even told me there was still an option to save my tooth (almost a year after the last place said it was impossible!) I have incredibly sensitive teeth and am usually in agony during dental work (or even the water spraying my teeth). Oswego Dental Health Associates went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and pain-free. They even complimented me on being a good patient! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and nice. Seriously! I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it for myself. Surprisingly, I was calm and anxiety-free during my first visit. I truly felt like I'd been going there forever. As if that isn't enough, to switch dentists now, this place actually worked with me by scheduling my treatments to make the most of my insurance coverage. Seriously, make an appointment today! Before they are full (as always happens with any dentist that isn't a nightmare). If you have kids, this would probably be an awesome place for them. I usually end up feeling like a big baby in most dentist chairs, but these guys boosted my confidence. I left the place looking forward to going back and finishing the things I needed to be done.

We were visiting from North Carolina and my son's bracket came loose. It was the day before…read moreChristmas eve and we were having a hard time finding a place that was open. Not only was this office open they made room for us on their schedule right away. They were very good to us and removed the bracket until we could get home to see our regular orthodontist. We asked what we owed and he told us to just have a Merry Christmas. Super appreciated their hospitality, professionalism and kindness. Thank you!!
