I must admit, I live out of town, about an hour and a half away. I was ready to give up hope on restoring any of my teeth. Dr. Bunker saved many of the teeth that I thought I was going to lose. The technology he uses, to make bridges and crowns right there in his office, is amazing! He certainly went out of his way by juggling his appointments to accommodate my needs and trying to lessen my road trips. The office staff is amazing! I did not have to wait upon check-in and I did not have to wait in the chair which means that he values my time and his too. He does exceptional dental work as I am so pleased with my bridge! I highly recommend Dr. Thomas Bunker!

However, I want to compliment this office in general. The front office is well staffed. Always friendly and ready to help with appointments, billings and the occasional patient scheduling conflict. The techs are very nice and more than competent. I have never had an experience with the techs that was anything less than great. They seem really well trained and very attentive. I believe my experiences with this dental office is due to the leadership of Doctor Lopez. You won't find a more amiable person in the dental care industry. In addition, he really knows his stuff. I can not remember a time when there was any discomfort when he was working on me either. I have had a wide variety of procedures as well. A bridge, pullings and caps. It just seems like he does everything well. All in all I can not recommend Fulton Dental Health Associates enough!

Extremely poor level of concern or care for patient's in dental emergency or severe dental pain. Do…read morenot even provide proper medical professionals to speak with when having a medical issue or severe dental pain. I only was allowed to speak with a receptionist and office manager. Requested to speak with an actual doctor and was told no, they had already left for the day. It was 2:30 pm on a Thursday. They offer no after hour emergency care, and offer no pain medications other than Tylenol 500mg. Complete joke when in extreme pain.

That all changed really quickly. I went in to get partials, but apparently I needed EVERY TOOTH in my mouth worked on! So I went 3x a week for 2months. Right after each procedure I started noticing I have sensitivity (hot&cold), I have excruciating pain all the time! Some days I can barely open my mouth. I have spots of decay on my back molars(he just fixed them why are they there?)mind you I had NO PAIN/NO PROBLEMS with my teeth before. I just wanted to fix my smile,fill in the teeth I was missing. After all that he said I needed to keep coming in this time for 4 root canals(but xrays show according to him nothing wrong) he just wants to do root canals before I can think of getting partials. I get an xray at EVERY visit! Just started getting bills from my insurance saying they were not nessecary so they aren't being paid! So a year later I'm in constant pain, still have no partials, no dentist, and I'm pissed. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DO ALL THESE UNNECESSARY PROCEDURES TO BILL INSURANCE AND HE MAKES PROBLEMS SO YOU HAVE TO COME BACK TO GET FIXED!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!
