Her extensive schooling and training hasn't kept her from being able to relate to non-medical people on an easily understood level. She showed genuine concern for me and thoroughly explained my options (often stopping to ask if I had any questions) before helping lay out a plan for my care. She put me at ease with what can be a very troubling issue. I could not have been more pleased with my experience as a patient or more impressed with Dr. Brown's "bedside" manner. Bravo!

I am officially 9mo. post op from my TKR that Dr. Thomas Gautsch did for me last October 0f 2025!…read more I would have to admit that my recovery was not fast like some are, however, my recovery took every bit of patience, endurance, and listening to my Physical Therapist, Amy at Dr. Gautsch's Clinic. I have stayed very consistent with my exercises that I was given thus far. I had to preserve when I thought I just could not. Today , I can say, I am so grateful for Dr. Gautsch and his expertise in this minimally invasive technique that he has literally mastered! Dr. Gautsch also has incredible staff with Nurse Ashley, and the girls in the front office and my incredible, patient, caring PT Amy! The care that the office team gives is loving, highly knowledgeable and encouraging! My story is that I have had bone on bone knee pain and discomfort for long over 15 plus years. I kept active and suffered at night. I lived on over the counter NSAID's and finally went to a daily prescription to manage the discomfort. If you're reading this you know what I am talking about! When I met with Dr. Gautsch he completely understood my situation! He was very easy to discuss my future with and how I would love to have an active life again! I have 5 grandchildren that are under the age of 8 and it was becoming debilitating to keep up. Going to the Zoo sounded like torture to have to walk and I surely didn't want that any more! He explained the surgical procedure with my husband and I and made it all very easy to understand! I did do all of my PT at the Southern Sports Clinic there at his office and I am so grateful I did! I have to say a huge THANK YOU to my precious husband and our family plus our friends , as this was everyone's involvement to get me going after surgery. My family would help me bend to achieve my range of motion and CHEER me on! My Grandchildren would help my with my exercise's! I had a huge amount of support! Thank team! Today, I can walk miles! I finally can golf and go all day on my feet with out the pain and discomfort I had literally experienced for years and years. Thank you Dr. Gautsch for helping me get LIFE BACK! First, the lack of cleanliness and professionalism was shocking. When my fiancé and I were taken to a room, there was a used, messy cast from a previous patient left wide open on the counter. The assistant's response was to say "oh crap," throw it in the trash can inside our room, and leave it there without sanitizing the counter or removing the waste. Second, the consultation was dismissive. I have been waiting two months with a clean break in my finger. Instead of discussing a recovery plan, the doctor tried to talk me out of surgery, asking why I even "needed" it and suggesting that some people just live with unattached bones. As a 37-year-old who uses my hands for everything, "living with it" is not an option. I felt discriminated against--perhaps due to my insurance--and felt like she was only agreeing to the procedure because I pushed for it, not because she cared about my quality of life. Finally, the wait time was ridiculous. After the doctor left, we were told someone would bring a piece of paper to finish up. We sat in that room for 45 minutes. My fiancé had to check the hallway multiple times just to see if we had been forgotten. I left the office in tears and did not go through with the surgery there. I am now seeking a second opinion from a surgeon who takes my injury and my hand functionality seriously. I would not recommend this facility if you are looking for a clean environment or a doctor who listens.

Their office and scheduling staff are the most incompetent people I've dealt with in a long time…read more They received a referral from my Primary Doctor in July however they couldn't schedule me because the Doctors August schedule wasn't out yet and they'd send me a link. I didn't receive it so I called back to schedule and they told me they didn't have a referral. Called my Doctor for another, sent a second time. Called today , they tell me they don't have a referral, I kind of get heated, she looks again and surprise she finds it and can't schedule me until the end of September. NO ONE SHOULD GET THIS KIND OF SERVICE
