Beth JuhlBeth Juhl 6…read moreminutes ago The doctor that I saw in Mt Juliet was very professional and very good, but the billing staff is horrible! I saw the dr on 4/12/19 and paid my $50.00 copay. Fast forward to the end of the year and my flexible spending account would not accept the documentation I had to reimburse me my $50.00. I called the office and asked them for more documentation so I can be reimbursed my $50.00 and a new invoice was sent to me (sent that in and received my reimbursement from flexible spending). Fast forward to February and I received a new bill for $50.00. I figured it was in response to my previous inquiry for a new statement for flexible spending and i ignored it. In March, I received another $50.00 invoice and called the office to inquire why. I was told that I should have paid two $50.00 copays on that day, so I still owe them $50.00! ALMOST A YEAR LATER?!?! I am now past the point of being able to claim the second $50.00 copay on my flexible spending account. It is ridiculous that a company can operate this way and no matter how good the dr is, the billing cost me a loss of $50.00! Leigh offered me a 55% discount on that bill, which obviously I took, but I shouldn't have been held responsible for THEIR ERROR! I should also mention that during my phone call with them, she tried to put their error back on me, because I supposedly should have known that I would have two $50.00 copays for one visit! Because of the failure of the billing department, I DO NOT recommend this business!

The whole experience was positive from start to finish. It was wonderful to be greeted by my first name when I walked into the Center; the staff are so warm and personable, and I never had to wait. I appreciate the time Dr. Tucker and Dr. Zeckser spent with me to listen, assess and understand my problems and decide on the optimal treatments. That is so refreshing! I have been suffering from back and hip pain for the past several years and despite many different treatment modalities, short of surgery, the pain only worsened and slowly shrank my world. I was a very active woman who enjoyed a variety of physical activities, but over time I could not tolerate any of them without severe back and hip pain followed by lingering pain for days afterward. I could not sit still for a conversation, a meeting, a car ride, or a flight. My world shrank more. The final impairment that motivated me to explore stem cell treatment was when I could no longer tolerate a leisurely walk with my child. My world was closed. I had my Premium STEM Restore treatment into multiple disks in my low back and into my left hip about 5 months ago, and had a follow up "Stemish" fertilizer treatment 2-3 months ago. After both treatments and recovery period, followed by physical therapy I felt a substantial improvement in my back and great improvement in the hip. I no longer have pain in my back with normal activity, I can finally sit still and enjoy the moment, and I can enjoy a walk again. There is still occasional discomfort (2 discs haven't been treated yet and hopefully won't need to be) that I can manage very well with the tools I learned in physical therapy, but significantly less than before treatment and I can tolerate most daily activities without pain. I have a life again! Thank you all! Sincerely, Packy Spahi

We consulted with physicians who all recommended traditional surgery. We had heard about stem cell repair and were skeptical that it could work for her situation. Dr. Tucker was thorough, honest and transparent about the procedure and outcome we could expect. She had the stem cell procedure in February, was on crutches for 2 weeks and was very mobile wearing a brace within just a few weeks. Her recovery and physical therapy outcomes have been outstanding. A recent MRI reveals her ACL is healing and shows no evidence of a tear. The physical therapists have also seen the MRI report and are amazed, to say the least. We highly recommend iOBX and appreciate their first class practice and commitment to excellence. This is the future of medicine and we are here for it!

First, the lack of cleanliness and professionalism was shocking. When my fiancé and I were taken to a room, there was a used, messy cast from a previous patient left wide open on the counter. The assistant's response was to say "oh crap," throw it in the trash can inside our room, and leave it there without sanitizing the counter or removing the waste. Second, the consultation was dismissive. I have been waiting two months with a clean break in my finger. Instead of discussing a recovery plan, the doctor tried to talk me out of surgery, asking why I even "needed" it and suggesting that some people just live with unattached bones. As a 37-year-old who uses my hands for everything, "living with it" is not an option. I felt discriminated against--perhaps due to my insurance--and felt like she was only agreeing to the procedure because I pushed for it, not because she cared about my quality of life. Finally, the wait time was ridiculous. After the doctor left, we were told someone would bring a piece of paper to finish up. We sat in that room for 45 minutes. My fiancé had to check the hallway multiple times just to see if we had been forgotten. I left the office in tears and did not go through with the surgery there. I am now seeking a second opinion from a surgeon who takes my injury and my hand functionality seriously. I would not recommend this facility if you are looking for a clean environment or a doctor who listens.
