So I had car insurance through this broker for almost four years with no tickets or claims. As cost of everything started to rise I needed to save money wherever I could. I reached out to pinnacle Peak to express my thoughts on a auto insurance policy that only increased in the four years when it should have decreased with no claims or tickets not to mention on time payments and years of loyalty. I received a response back from a broker there named Mike to call the insurer and if need be cancel my policy with them directly. I did just that and now pay half of what I did through this unprofessional insurance broker! I would not recommend getting any kind of coverage through them. My former Farmers insurance agent retired and the notification for our homeowners insurance bill slipped through the cracks. We were never notified about the premium, but our mortgage company was and paid the premium from escrow - triple the amount from the previous year. I learned about this the week of Thanksgiving and immediately began searching for an independent insurance agent though not at the best time of the year. After looking at a list of about 35 agencies I chose Pinnacle Peak Insurance Group because of their many 5 star reviews and because their office was relatively close to us should I need to do anything in person. J.R. answered the phone when I called, I told him my "problem", and he, literally, took it from there. In about 6 hours I had quotes from two excellent insurance companies for all our insurance needs and in a few days everything was transferred to the company whose quotes I had chosen. The service I've received from Pinnacle Peak Insurance Group has been superb and seamless. Proof of insurance cards for our auto insurance were emailed to me immediately. The mortgage company was notified about the change in carriers and billed for the premium and the policy was furnished to them. In the past furnishing the policy is something that I always had to do. Just went through the arduous process of shopping for new insurance for my whole bundle. I asked for quotes from several sources and some made it easy for me, some made it incredibly hard to get a quote. Pinnacle Peak made it so hard to get a quote that they never were able to get it to me. I was interrogated over the phone - not so nicely - with a long list of questions that no one else asked. I answered them all, since I did want the quote, but don't think all the info I gave was required. The email they later sent didn't have the quote attached, so I asked them to resend it. They emailed a litany of excuses but never tried to resend the quote. The sale is the easy part and claims are way harder, so I decided to move on elsewhere. They found the simple distribution of my quote so difficult that I think they would find it even more difficult to protect clients' sensitive data. If you do try to do business with them, I suggest that you not give them all the sensitive information they ask for. read more

I had never heard of Pinnacle Peak before and was really less inclined to find out anything about them. Because I finalized the sale of my new car in the late hours on a Sunday evening, I reached Mike's voicemail.
