We built a modern home and had the entire house, walls and ceilings painted all the same color but…read moreafter a couple weeks after moving in we noticed lots of marks on the walls, dirty hand prints... We tried wiping the walls down but realized the paint was very chalky & discolored. Nothing we did would get all the marks off the walls so we went to Sherwin Williams to order some new paint and they told us the grade of paint used on our house wasn't even a grade they sell because it's used on industrial buildings as a base coat. It's not even a final coating paint!! Everything makes sense to us now, cleaner marks from the spray mop around the bottom of the walls that will not come off, hand prints up the stairs, drywall showing when you try wiping down the walls, discolored walls everywhere from all the kids just touching them... We paid nearly $10,000 to have our house painted and after just 2 years we are contemplating having the entire house painted again. Very frustrating since we were sold a "scrubbable flat finish"

The cabinets cannot be cleaned as the paint will rub off if you attempt to clean them. It's very disappointing. There are no sealer clear coat layers of polyurethane over the paint so it is not protected for kitchen application. These cabinets will ultimately need to be stripped and refinished.

We are EXTREMELY happy with the results of our project! We used Tinoco to repaint the interior walls, doors, baseboards, built ins, and ceilings in our entire home. They also did an absolutely fantastic job at flooring installation of our luxury vinyl plank flooring, as well as the removal of the existing tile that was in the house previously in some areas. We wanted the project done on a pretty fast timeline and Ray and his team made sure that that happened! They kept in constant communication with us and collaborated with us on our plans, budget, and overall aesthetic choices so that our home truly felt like our home when it was finished--and, I am SO happy to say that it does!!
