Pinnacle home theater is a fantastic compan. Nathan and Josh started a home theater build for me a year ago in my brand new home. They completed this job in a very fast and appropriate manner. Nathan and Josh are extremely knowledgeable in the audio/visual market. They were able to put together a very nice package for my theater and the pricing is second to none. Recently, I decided to make upgrades to my theater. Through the help of Nathan and Josh I was able to advance my theater to an even higher level professional home theater now that budget allowed. They both worked with me to help plan and design the entire project. Again always providing extremely reasonable prices. I wouldn't suggest any other company around. Nathan is always available by phone. Many times I will text him to bounce different ideas off his brain and he always calls me to discuss what's on my mind within 15 minute. I have dealt with many different types of companies throughout my life, and I have never felt the connection of family until I met Nathan and Josh. The customer service they provide is superb. I am making a very large point to write such a long review because I tell you again, I can't believe the relationshi, pricing, customer servic, knowledge, and experience both Nathan and Josh have provided my family and I. Thanks to them, I now have a 7.5.6 dolby atmos theater with arendal 1723 speakers which are top of the line. They installed a star ceiling for me and did it to perfection. Lastly I wanted 4 subs built into my riser. They did a fantastic professional job on the install.
