What a find! New to the area and found this food truck at Osage Park carrying traditional Filipino food! It's ran by a husband a couple - the wife does all the cooking. Both were very friendly and took the time to chat with us. If you're in a hurry it's probably best that you call ahead as they cook the food to order. There were benches outside where we decided to eat despite the chilly but sunny weather. We had the lumpia, pork sisig, lechon kawali and Bicol express with garlic rice. For dessert we had the ginatang bilo-bilo. This place is IT!!!! I had a Filipino place back in SATX, but this has quickly surpassed it. The Lumpia pieces are HUGE and so good!!!! I also ordered chicken fried rice with medium spice and perfect. The medium spice has the perfect kick I expect and next time I'm trying hot. This is great and true Filipino home cooking! The chicken adobe melts in your mouth!! There are other dishes, to many to mention, that are just as good!! Also get a desert which all are tasty!! This lil truck is owned by a husband and wife...auntie be whippn it up in the back while kuya getting all the orders together, talk about teamwork! Nothing ever beats home cooked meals! But I can say some items be hitting close like that Shanghai lumpia. The sisig is so fulfilling even when you think it's not enough ..it's enough homie! When u ask for heat they really deliver, so that's when the halo halo comes into play. I wish though there was an option to customize what u put in there....maybe a next bizness venture auntie! As somebody who has been to the Philippines, let me say that this is the best Filipino food in Bentonville, possibly in Arkansas. Sisig was very good, the lumpia was good, pork belly skewers were good... The only thing missing is the calamancia on the side. The ladies running the place are also very sweet and funny. I tried couple filipino dishes and still don't find 'click' in my taste. But when I moved to the area and found this truck who sell dishes that not in my plate, I found happiness and delicious. Filipino food truck at Osage Park right by the dog park. Overall, it was pretty good! They had some kind of beef stew that day and it was delicious! I think it was the beef shank soup. The Chicken Pancit was pretty good, but had some kind of vinegar flavor to it that threw it off. I wouldn't normally mind vinegar, but it wasn't my favorite. The pork sisig was also pretty good, but again had some different flavor added to it. They gave us a sample of the chicken adobo and we'll be back for that! We called in advance, made sure they were open, then took an uber across town. Upon our arrival, we waited 15 minutes at the ordering counter without being acknowledged. Finally, I decided to call by phone and tell them I was waiting to order. Instead of coming to the counter, he told me over the phone that it was going to be a minimum of an additional 25 minute wait before he would even consider letting me order because they were fulfilling other orders. They are clearly popular, but don't forget about your customers. I wasn't sure at that point if we'd be allowed to order at all. So we left! read more

I love buying food here as I get a little bit of home. She makes really good Filipino food and we'll always be customers of their business. I just hope next time I buy Dinuguan, they would at least make sure the container isn't contaminated with a different food such as ube (see pic). Food was delicious! Drove from California to visit family in Bentonville. My husband forgot to pack the Lumpia Shanghai we were going to cook for NYE (family hasn't had Filipino food). Called him the day of and we picked it up around 5. Order wasn't ready but worth the wait. We explored the park and tried the BBQ sticks, Crab Rangoon, and the hot cocoa (yummy). The lumpia and halo halo were amazing! It took a bit longer than expected for the food to come out but there was only one person working and he was very friendly. There is a lot to choose from for this being a food truck. I suspect that the menu will shorten over time as I don't see how this can be maintained as a steady menu. The food was good. I do wish that the pork on the Banh Mi wasn't the char siu pork, but that's just a personal preference. It made my bread a little on the soggy side. There were plenty of veggies so it made up for it. I don't want to leave this review because I don't want to let the secret out The Shanghai lumpia is so good, reminds me of my husband's Tita's lumpia. I have craved it and now found a fix. The garlic rice is The Halo Halo is The Sigsig wasn't my favorite, but that's because I'm not the biggest pork fan, not because it isn't delicious.
