Spencer arrived on time and finished in about 2 hrs and 15 mins, right on schedule. He walked on the roof when he was unable to use the drone. He reassured me that my biggest concern of water in the crawl space was most likely due to a fixable gutter problem. He helped me realize that the house was not in bad shape which was really reassuring. I got the printed report shortly after and he did verbally review the major items with me at the end.
