They have good hours and there is an attendant BUT she can't give refunds when the driers don't heat up. I found three that stole my money and gave me nothing. I told her to mark them for the Next customer BUT she didn't Cost me $4 for a double washer and a quarter on driers gives you 5 minutes.

One of the local celebrities (Mike Todd) I follow on Twitter was sent a mask early on in COVID that was made by The Fabric Shop. It was an awesome Ohio University mask. I reached out to the shop by telephone and they were willing to charge me over the phone and ship me a mask. The customer service was phenomenal. The mask arrived quickly and they did not gouge me on pricing for either the mask or the shipping. It was extremely reasonable. During this entire pandemic the only mask I used was my awesome Bobcat mask until I lost it last week. I quickly called up The Fabric Shop and they of course gave me the same service as before. The employee let me know that they use whatever OU fabric they have on hand so the pattern of the mask may be different. I told her it did not bother me at all as long as it was still an Ohio University mask. And for this order I went ahead an ordered two just in case I carelessly lose one again. Though I did hold on to the first one for 9 months straight. Pretty good I think. My masks just arrived yesterday and I love the fabric even more. As oppose to white before, this time the main color is green with the Attack Cat. They are perfect. Such a great fit for my face. I went in and noticed that only one program had been transferred over, but was not the right one. I happened to turn on my old one to show them what I needed. My older computer was completely wiped out and wouldn't even bring anything up. After I asked what happened to it, Ryan proceeded to yell that I had brought it in that way. Nick had turned it on when I brought it in. Then I asked to speak to the owner. Ryan continued with his attitude that the owner wasn't there, and he wasn't giving me his number. I told him I grew up with the owner. He went to get him. Then the owner got frustrated because I did not want to bring my only working computer in to them to try again. Then he started yelling and he and Ryan both stormed out. The owner did have someone call and apologize and say they would try and make it right, but it was such an unsettling experience, I would never go back in there alone. I would have never known until I got home that my old computer wasn't working if I hadn't turned it on there. They said I have brought my computers there for years, which I have. They have always put the programs on eventually, or I wouldn't have kept going back. Besides the yelling, the fact they never told me the computer wasn't working anymore was very disappointing. So they apologized, but it was such a bad experience that I will never set foot in that place again.

Not the best experience in the world. Decent selection and prices were okay on some items. Lots of…read morebikes. The problem is the inattentive staff who really don't care if you buy anything or not. We walked in and were basically ignored by all staff. Too busy on their phones and just standing around shooting the breeze. Felt awkward as soon as we entered because of this. Tried to strike up a conversation with one of the staff but was just meh. Was going to buy a suspension fork, crankshaft, and whatever else I could for my new bike build but we just left because it didn't feel like our business mattered. As much as I'd prefer to support a local business, I need that business to care just as much about me and its own business as I do. Sadly, I doubt we'll go back. No real reason to drive 25 to 30 minutes to be ignored. I can get the same level of customer service online since it was hands off, impersonal, and cold. Sad to have to leave such a bleak review because I was hoping to build a relationship with a bike shop near my new hometown.
