Another ongoing issue is the hot food, specifically the tornados, roller bites, and egg rolls, which are consistently overcooked and dried out. I've mentioned this more than once, but nothing has changed. What concerned me the most, however, was an incident when I went in to use the restroom and saw an employee leave after using it and then immediately begin handling hot food without washing their hands. I stopped in on the way to a party to get a "small" bag of ice. There was no ice in the ice machine out in front so I went into the store and told them what I needed. What I expected was for an employee just to point me in the right direction or to send me to another location, or to just mumble "we're out". What I got was Noah, the manager, putting on his bright green safety vest and personally escorting me around the place to try to find a small bag of ice (crazy given I only paid $2.99 or so for this purchase so this was not going to make any difference in his sales for the day) When he realized the ice company was there and refilling all the freezers, to get me on my way, not only did he give me a large bag of ice for the price of the small, but then personally walked it all the way out my car which was parked at the far edge of the property (this place was BUSY!) Great customer service! While I don't live in WI, I can only wish that the gas stations down in FL were staffed by people like Noah who take the time to care over such a small purchase.
