However, one of my tires need to be replaced this week. So we set it up with Discount Tires to install all 4 of the tires we bought from Rhine. The problem was that one of the tires had a bad side wall and we had to buy a replacement tire from Discount Tires. I called Rhine the next morning and spoke to Al Kiether in sales. I did not have my original invoice # but I explained to him the situation and told him the date the tires were bought along with the cost based on my credit card receipt. He said, he would look into it and get back to me. By 4:30pm that day Sara Evraets called me back saying Al asked her to follow up on this with me. She told me that she can replace the tire. I explained, that we already replaced the tire through Discount Tires and would appreciate a refund for the cost of the tire. She said she could process it back to our credit card that we used to pay with it and just asked that I send her the Discount Tires receipt for their records. I sent her the receipt that night and by the next morning before I even signed on for work, Sara had emailed me saying the refund will be processed that day and it should reflect on my credit card within the week. This company provided some of the best customer service I have come across!!! They were quick and very pleasant to work with!!! TL/DR *Extremely poor communication…read more*Lack of accountability *Service timeline estimates are inconsistent and change daily *Sketchy practices *Take your used Volvo anywhere else I would NOT recommend getting your vehicle serviced at this dealership, unless it was purchased new from them or is CPO through the manufacturer,or you are willing to wait the better part of a month for your car to be completed as the service department seemingly does not prioritize older non warranty vehicles. I brought my vehicle here to have a airbox replaced as it was cracked on 6/27/25; the required parts were ordered the same day and the car was scheduled to go in and be repaired the week of 6/30/25. Parts came in and the car was scheduled to be fixed on 7/1/25. This was pushed to 7/2/25, on 7/2/25 we were called that morning that the service had to be pushed to 7/7/25 and was supposed to be done 7/8/25, that got pushed to 7/9/25, and again being pushed to 7/10/25. On 7/10/25 the car ended up being delayed to that afternoon, but according to my dash-cam video/gps and the Volvo app my car was still on the lift with the hood up and door or window down at 11:45 7/10/25. The car was then eventually finished on 7/11/25 and delivered back to my house that afternoon. Once I received the car I was greeted by "headlamp system malfunction, Service Required" on the dashboard. This was after the dealer had closed, so I called and left a message on 7/11/25; I had received a call back the morning of 7/14/25 where Salem seemed to hide behind the car's mileage causing the damage and not the tech working where the sensor is located causing the damage. Salem did agreed to diagnose the car and pick it up that week to check out the car. I did not hear back from Salem for the rest of the day or all 7/15/25. After being ignored, I called the service manager Jovani on 7/16/25, and scheduled my car to be pick up and looked at a second time on 7/17/25; the pickup ended up getting delayed to 7/18/25. The car was not looked at by the tech until 7/23/25 and parts were ordered. I finally received my car fixed on 7/29/25, after the dealer tried to invoice my for the part that a tech appeared to damage.

The store manager, Brian, was very helpful and let me use his phone to contact a family member to "rescue" me. I was offered food, drink, and a chair while I waited. The staff person, Terri, checked with me to make sure I was ok several times. The person handing out food samples, Susie, also offered me support (along with food samples) and was a very positive and consoling person. Kwik Trip employees and staff rate high on my list.
