After I paid for the services I went out and started my car. While in park, my car felt like it was going to die. Then when I was driving at a slow speed and then accelerated it would slightly shake. When I was driving at a normal speed my car seemed fine. I ended up bringing my car to my regular mechanic because there was fluid on my garage floor the day after my oil change, I could smell something burning and my car still felt like it was going to die at a slow speed/in park. My mechanic then notified me that there was a total of 10 quarts of oil that was added at my recent oil change on Monday. I was also informed that having this much oil could have caused my engine to blow and seize the entire engine.

I told them And they looked at it and RESET The check engine light and told me to come back if it turns on again. So i left with my car and brought it back the next hour because the check engine light turned on again and they reset again and told me to come back the next day if its still there. So i brought my car back to them the next day, NOW they told me i need to replace catalytic sensors too and i would have to leave my car there because they had busy schedule.. understandable BUT IN NIGHT TIME WHEN I GOT DONE WITH WORK AND I WAS DRIVING PAST AUTO SELECT IN NEENAH I DIDNT SEE MY CAR THERE IN THE PARKING ALOT OR IN THE GARAGE and i could sleep all night knowing someone is out there driving my car pushing on it or misusing it because its NOT THEIR PROPERTY when i confront them the next day about my car not being there lastnight "they kept refusing said they parked it in the church parking alot because their parking lot was full, but wholetime the parking lot wasnt even fully full there was still 3 to 4 car parking spots were empty in the parking alot.. and i even paid for the sensors and have them put it on my car.. so my girlfriend can finally drive my car but the check engine lights was still on.. so i left and brought my car to the bergstrom and They kept my car there for week and test every single part on my car and they said the check engine light is keep turning on because of the bad catalytic convertor PART that auto select put in. Someone even helped patiently explain the car to my mom and I, which was really appreciated. I am disappointed, however, that within three weeks it appears the brakes need to be repaired. The invoice stated that "a guest states battery is (sic) died and please do full inspection on vehicle." I tried to email the service advisor who emailed me the receipt and received no response. I have left a voicemail with a manager and am hopeful for a return call. I originally gave this review a star rating of 3; because I was disappointed something went wrong so quickly.
