He had our days & route mapped out to optimize our time together, knew more than you could expect about each town and subdivision we looked at, and sent us tons of great info to consider after we had explored all of the homes and areas on our list. After considering all our options, when it came down to deciding which house we wanted to move forward with, Jeffrey patiently talked us through the pros and cons of each and led us toward the "better home" for us, not just the most expensive one we were considering. Even after we closed on our home and have since moved in, The Blasko Team continued to stay in touch with us to make sure we got our homestead filed so we can benefit from lower taxes, etc. They didn't have to do that but it's just an example of how they "go the extra 200 miles" for their clients. After we purchased our home in '22, we had to defer moving down for another year and Aricia got our house prepped and listed for rent while we were back home out of state, and she found us a wonderful family to rent our place for the exact amount of time we needed. In addition, she has personally gone above and beyond to make sure we had great contractors for various needs - carpentry, painting, electrical, etc. - to put our personal touches on our home before we moved in. Michael is the data guru who put together all the numbers we needed to make our decision from a financial standpoint. He, too, is just great at what he does and made things very easy for us when it came to understanding the numbers of each house & area and how they each fit into our expressed budget. I can't think of a single thing about our experience with The Blasko Team that could have gone any better. They are WELL prepared, knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, honest, and just expert at what they do. Now, I'm being forced to pay over $1300 for something I do not want & my lease starts today. Needless to say, I will NOT be renewing. The "options" they offered were to either pay more than my budget or take a much smaller one for the same price I was initially quoted for the bigger one. I'm sick because I was genuinely excited to move here, but now I can't wait to leave and I haven't even moved in yet. We lived at Mansions at Sunset Ridge for 2 years and had a major pipe burst/flooding incident…read moreduring the freeze that affected our garage, stairs, and secondary bedroom. Maintenance and contractors were in and out repeatedly with wet muddy boots during repairs, and I proactively documented the resulting carpet issues with management in writing months before move-out specifically so we would not later be blamed for damage caused by the repairs and flooding. Despite that, after move-out we were charged over $800 for "75% carpet replacement" based on alleged "pet odor." The photos they later provided were primarily of the exact same stair and secondary bedroom/closet areas previously impacted by the flooding and contractor traffic I had already documented with management back in February. What frustrated me most was that management never meaningfully addressed those concerns at the time, but later used those same affected areas as justification for replacement charges. We also retained move-out video documentation of the apartment condition. I understand apartments need to handle legitimate damages fairly, but charging tenants for carpet replacement tied to areas previously affected by flooding and repair activity after those conditions were already reported to management in advance feels unreasonable and extremely disappointing. I would strongly encourage future tenants to: * document EVERYTHING in writing, * save move-in and move-out videos, * and immediately report any maintenance-related damage or flooding issues. (Not that they care since it's a scam they run. I saw reviews like this before I moved in but decided to risk it. Bad idea). I am including pictures of the closet and stairs they claim is damaged with per odor. Mind you this is the carpet that was damaged by the pipe busting and contractors tracking in mud yet it's somehow pet related?

Maintenance has been incredibly responsive and has taken care of every issue I've had quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. The front office staff has also been consistently helpful, responsive, and pleasant to interact with. The community itself feels safe, and I've had a great overall experience with the environment and neighbors. My only wish is that there was valet trash service, as the trash areas can be a bit far depending on where you live. Overall, I really enjoy living here and have had a great experience.
