It is a relatively new place with hookah, tasty food and nice ambiance. We tried rolls, salads and tea. Everything was fresh and tasty. Service was 10/10. Thank you, Anastasia and Evgeny. They really care and go extra mile to make you feel great as a guest. Evgeny made hookah exactly as I wanted it. He also regularly checked if we were enjoying it. Good experience.

Very cool atmosphere! we really liked Japanese cuisine, we ordered all the rolls that were on the menu and it was delicious. The desserts were amazing too! The service was very fast and professional! Our waiter Ksyusha is the best. Highly recommend

Absolutely awful. Rude service. They acted like they didn't want us to be there-- we felt unwelcome. If their goal is to turn people away they succeeded. I can't believe they continue to operate with their horrible customer service. They'll likely shut down soon because of reviews like this. read more

The most disrespectful and rude server at this place is a blonde older woman with short hair. Now after reading all the reviews here apparently many people experienced the same disrespect and attitude problem like we did and with the same person. No idea how person who is so rude and disrespectful to people can be working as a server? Can't agree more with all the previous comments that it does feel like you are doing her a favor to come to this place. Don't bother to contact the owner because he is aware of this person and all the complaints about her and doesn't do anything about it. read more

"Treat people like you want to be treated" Very rude and nasty personal. You get treated like you are doing them a favor by coming in there. Woman with a Blond short hair is the nastiest person we have ever seen or met anywhere! So Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Super nice spot in sunny isles. there's a public parking lot close by Which is a plus .The decor is very simple but yet chic , service was good they gave very good recommendations and servers are polite . I didn't really eat there since I went for drinks and hookah but I had desserts that was very good , a lime mousse and a chocolate mousse. The hookah there are good and they have a wide selection of flavors even some that you probably never heard before. Overall good spot and would definitely recommend it to everyone. read more

This was the best hookah I tried! Waitress was super nice and helpful. Although sushi had too much rice it still was good. The area outside is quite and chill. Really appreciate stuff for giving us extra time to sit outside after they were officially closed. Definitely recommend read more

Pipa Lounge is a great new restaurant in Sunny Isles which I highly recommend. The staff were friendly and attentive. It is very clean and has a well-designed interior (loft style). They have a large selection of wine and beer and I ordered a burger which was great. I plan to visit again soon and hope to go on one of their karaoke nights. read more

Nice hookah bar, the waiter recommended a house made flavor hookah it was really smooth. amazing quality food limited options but good, went on a weeknight with a few friends we chose to sit outside, I don't know if it was cause it was a weekday but it would've been nice to have music outside playing as well so you don't hear the tables next to you. Ps. don't leave without the pistachio cheesecake! read more

It appears those…read morewho've given Porterhouse the lowest ratings and have been the most critical, seem unhappy that this eatery isn't like it used to be "back in the day". While I'd not visited Porterhouse before, when we came here recently we actually considered it a happy find. We were in Aventura looking for a late dinner spot on a Thursday, and were originally planning to go to Houston's, but noted it closes early. An internet search for steakhouses turned up Porterhouse which was open until late, so we decided to check it out. They sat us right away, together on a couch at a table usually meant for 4 and we were given the food menu, cocktail menu and their wine list. We decided to start with a cocktail, which were well-poured and reasonably priced. We then ordered the burrata and toasted bread as an appetizer, and for our entrees we requested the NY strip, branzino fish, mac & cheese and asparagus, all to share. We also had a bottle of wine with dinner. Everything we had was good, and the service was attentive throughout our time here. The only real disappointments were: 1) The sparse presentation of the burrata salad (see photo). It was described in the menu as "creamy 4 oz burrata served with heirloom tomato, ripe peaches, olive oil, white balsamic reduction and fresh graded hazelnuts topped with micro greens". What we were served was just a ball of burrata with some un-ripe tomato wedges and a sprinkling of nuts, but the presentation was certainly lacking vs. many other restaurants that offer that dish. 2) I personally found the branzino to be a bit flavorless, again, comparing that fish here to what we've had elsewhere. Aside from those few notes, everything we had was fine, and the NY strip was VERY flavorful and tender. Prices here are more or less in-line with other better steakhouses in the Miami area, but we were surprised by how reasonably priced some of their wines were at Porterhouse compared to many other restaurants. Their wine pricing alone may be enough to lure us back. This restaurant was listed as being open until 2 a.m. that night, but surprisingly, they began calling last call for the kitchen a few hours before that. Also, note they include an automatic 20% service charge on all checks. We chose to sit on the patio in front (which was great with the ocean breeze and the view of the waterfalls in front of the buildings across from this place), but when I went inside to use the restroom it looked quite lively and fun, and next time we may choose to sit at the bar. They had karaoke on that night and then changed to a DJ, and the very large bar and indoor dining area were quite full and the patrons appeared to be having a good time.
