Aluminum Concepts came with a recommendation from the aluminum and screen supplier, who I know personally. That says a lot. He lived up to the recommendation, showing up on time, getting the job done exactly on schedule, and going above and beyond to repair some small issues not addressed in our contract. I asked about ways to reduce my gutter maintenance, and Sherman recommended gutter guards, which work remarkably well so far - I knew about these, but was hesitant to install them, but now that I see them installed professionally, I get it. They also showed up with all the right ladders and tools. They even had some custom built tools specific to the trade that made the job easier. It's clear that they know what they are doing. I am a trade contractor myself, so I know good workmanship, and I know the challenges that contractors have. Sherman handled everything professionally and gave me confidence to trust his judgment. I'm glad I chose the superscreen, despite the added cost. I don't think I would have made the investment if I didn't hire someone who I thought would back the product. Now that I know they do a whole array of aluminum gutter and soffit work, I'll definitely be calling again when the time comes for further service and installation work. Twice as much money. At first service was great. Kyle showed up and expressed his concerns. Some of the things he said to me I had doubts but gave them a chance. According to him, my issue was mole crickets. They began service and after the first month I still had some issues with brown grass, and weeds. He came back and treated again. Between visits are considered "free" just like every other company offers. This past weekend, I had weeds growing sporadically throughout the yard. This is normal with rainy season approaching and I'm aware. However, part of my "free" service, I called them out to spot treat the weeds. Expressed my concern about it being spread throughout the entire yard and asked for the whole yard to be treated versus a backpack job. Two gentlemen show up. One sits in the truck the entire time. The other backpacks around the fence and a small portion of the front yard. I have 4 hidden cameras around the property as well as a video doorbell. Not to mention, I am home today from work and physically watched the technician go around and treat these areas only. I then called the owner and expressed my concern and was inquiring about a second trip. I was told his technicians did the job completely. 1 backpacked around the fence and areas while the other treated the entire yard. This is a false statement. I was called a liar by the owner himself even though I have video evidence where he only has the word of his dishonest technicians. He then proceeded with poor customer service and unprofessional texts to me. This is why I canceled my service. Poor customer service and dishonesty from a company is not good business. I caution you about the integrity and honesty of this company. I advise looking elsewhere for someone to truly care for your yard with these traits.

I'm sure that these treatments will do no harm to your lawn but they will not provide targeted treatment based on your specific needs.
