I thought they were a little expensive on the first visit, but this 2nd visit was very problematic. I took my dog for grooming. They originally said $45 for a puppy cut. So I scheduled. (For context, my regular groomer that came to my house was about $80.) Last night, they texted me asking for my rabies vax, which was done in another state. During my 1st vet visit, I had asked them to transfer the records, but I guess this wasn't done. Without the rabies vax, they wouldn't groom. So, I asked them to request records again, but if she wasn't up to date, I asked them to give her the vax. They wouldn't do a vax without a complete physical. I dropped my dog off and came home. As I was about to pull into my neighborhood, they called and said I needed to come back to sign a paper. So, I went back to sign. Then, they texted me an estimate for $248 (you can see from photo) for physical, bloodwork, all vaxes, and grooming. I said I didn't need blood work. So, they reduced the price to $205 (you can see from photo-but may need to click on it to see it fully). They later called and said my dog needed to be sedated to be groomed (never happened in the 3 years I've had her--she is tiny and has no teeth), and that they could only do a bath today. I went to pick her up, and they said that she was already up to date on rabies vax(!!) but gave me a TN tag. They first charged me $160. Then, when I asked about not needing the rabies and only getting a bath, she told me $210. I was stunned. How is it possible that I had to pay more for a bath with no rabies vax than a grooming with a rabies vax? And I had to pay for a physical when she already had her rabies vax, which they should have known from our first visit? So, basically, I woke up this morning thinking my dog would get a grooming for $45, but I left paying $205 for a bath, wasted time, and stress.

The first visit at All Animal Hospital they misdiagnosed a limp as Luxating Patella, which turned out to be a toe nail that fell out the next day and the limp was immediately gone. When i took him back the next day to ask them if he was misdiagnosed, they refused to admit any wrong doing on their part. Since All Animal is the closest vet to my home, we decided to give them another shot and walk in with our new puppy. The first time it was past 4:30, and they no longer take walk-ins even though our puppy appeared to be very sick. No questions, no concerns and no compassion -- just a hard no. I tried to bring her back today around 11:00 and they once again informed me they will not see her today. Again, no questions or concerns -- just no. Unfortunately, it seems like they have too much business (even though the parking lot and waiting room were empty) and not enough compassion and care for the animals. I would recommend taking your animal elsewhere!

They will refund you $50 if you need to cancel with 24 hours notice. They give you a 2-3 hour window when they'll arrive. When you're counting down the minutes, it's pretty agonizing. They ask for payment as soon as they enter your home so you better be ready for that and get yourself together. If you want this to be easier, ask your regular vet or vet consultant about getting an ointment to numb the pet's arm. That was the worst part. It haunts me. I wake up in the night screaming NOOOOO! right at the moment they are going to euthanize him. For obvious reasons at-home euthanizing is a comfort to the pet, at least you hope so, as they would be scared at the vet where nothing good ever happens to them, but it wasn't pain-free for my dog or for me. I don't know what the best option is, but I think if your pet is ready, this is a good option to consider.

Our pup was14 years old and had lost most of his quality of life due to a large tumor on his esophagus. Doctor Moffat and her assistant made the experience far better than I could've ever dreamed this experience to be. It was my wife and I's first time to do this and our dog had been with us prior to our 4 children. Needless to say it was very emotional for us. They called ahead of time as a courtesy which really helped. Gave us 15 more minutes to really calm him down and love on him. As they showed up they came in our home very quietly, spoke softly and were totally empathetic to our situation. Both got down on the floor with us and our pup to explain the whole procedure. They also asked at this time for payment. After the procedure I understand why they ask when they ask. We were way less inclined to deal with administrative duties after the procedure than prior. Throughout the entire procedure we all four sat there with him and comforted him. Once she confirmed with a stethoscope they cleaned up their supplies and gave us a private moment. Once they returned they preciously transferred him to a doggy stretcher and quietly and peacefully walked him into the van, then quietly drove away. I recommend euthanasia this way to anyone who has the choice. Even more I recommend doctor Moffet and her mobile vet service for it.
