The gentleman was not originally (technically) rude but was not really listening to anything I was saying as I would tell him: "No thank you." as I was trying to browse his 8-10 box humidor as best I could. Virtually every cigar I was inspecting was either rock hard or mushy in various spots. None of these signs point to cigars that are properly cared for. I did not see any type of humidification and the temperature and space was basically that of a closet with the door wide open. When I asked what he was using to humidify these cigars he told me they don't need it... O_o He then tried to explain to me that a Cohiba Red Dot was a Cuban cigar... I asked him: "Do you know anything about cigars?" He responded: "Not really." He was only going on what he's been told. I took a moment to explain and he seemed receptive but when he tried to sell me those cigars again --- $20 a stick for Cohiba Red Dot...hard as rocks mind you. He got irritated with me when I said no thank you and I just politely took my leave. This is not a place to buy cigars.

And he did this while helping me and so it became both difficult and frustrating to tell if he was talking to me or the person on the phone. I bought this pipe/glass cleaner and when I read the entire label at home, to actually do the cleaning of the glass pipes required a two step process which involved to different products though from the same manufacturer. He never said a thing about needing a second bottle, or the second product to completely do the cleaning job. And though I tried to carefully explain to him what I was looking for in a lighter, what I purchased was not along the lines as I requested. I probably won't go here again, though they do have a very large selection of merchandise.

Also, their site has been undergoing updates for several weeks making it almost completely unusable, leaving patrons unable to access deals as well as their own rewards points unless you ask about it at the counter or over the phone. I used to come here almost weekly once they started doing rewards, but now I plan on just using all of my rewards points at once if I can and taking my business elsewhere as it has become far too much of a hassle to order and receive the proper items.
