Placed order for pickup and paid online. Received message that order was ready. Showed up at the store, waited 20 minutes and in line for them to say they are not using dutchie anymore--even though they sent me a text confirming my order was ready. Management definitely needs training and maybe a little training for the cashier who called me up to help and then ignored me while she asked the client behind me if he was "alright?" then proceeded to wait on him. When after many difficulties I asked to speak to the manager he blasted right past me "One issue at a time." "OK buddy, catch you later." I said. The service here is amazing shout out to I want to say her name is Crystal, I lost the sticky she wrote her name on. But she also does nails the left side of her hand is immaculate. And Darin, I rem that name cause they spoke of the spelling. They gave me some excellent suggestions on some pre-rolls. Just needed some for the day, they even I have some great deals in there. So all in all it was a great experience. Oh let me tell you about how it smells in there I wish they would tell me what that is and how they get that into the air like that because it smells like lavender but it makes you just want to stay in there they know exactly what they were doing. Visited back in October 2024. Was walking toward Times Square and saw this joint (pun intended lol), decided to check it out. It was pretty neat inside, small space but very organized. I like that there's Security guards in the establishment; it makes me feel safe. Felt at ease knowing that they are alert and making sure it's safe for us customers and them. Customer service was good, friendly staff but the prices of the products were hefty especially when I'm visiting from California. Many selections to choose from. read more

Let's start with the obvious: it doesn't matter what you're selling--professionalism is non-negotiable. Christian, the store manager with the gauges in his ears, is a poor example of leadership. Not only does he lack the demeanor expected from someone in a managerial role, but his behavior reflects a clear lack of basic customer service standards and emotional intelligence. The gauges in his ears must've pierced thru all his sense. I was genuinely excited to find this dispensary. The sales associates were friendly and easygoing, and while the cashier seemed new and slightly unsure, he was still polite. He explained that paying with a bank card worked like an ATM withdrawal, rounding up to the nearest $10 for change--standard procedure at other dispensaries. What he failed to mention, despite me clearly stating it was my first time there, is that there's an automatic tip option. My total was $140 and change; I rounded up to $150, expecting change back. When I realized I didn't receive it, I returned to ask. Security was respectful and helpful, but when I asked the cashier about the change, he casually said, "Oh, that was a tip." I responded that I was never told about a tip option--I simply rounded off. Confused, they brought out Christian. From the moment he walked out, he was dismissive and rude. He immediately asked, "So what's the issue, you're saying you're missing money or something?"--despite clearly being briefed beforehand. Instead of listening or de-escalating, he continued to accuse me of knowingly tipping, even though I had just explained that no one told me a tip option existed. Without a word, he walked off and left me waiting over 12 minutes. This was during rush hour--I didn't have time to chase down $10 due to poor communication and an unprofessional manager. Eventually, he returned, handed me my change in the most condescending manner possible, and--while I was walking out--started speaking negatively about me in front of other employees. This type of behavior is exactly why many dispensaries are struggling: not because of product, but because of poor management and disrespectful customer service. Christian should not be in a leadership position. His lack of professionalism, inability to handle basic conflict with composure, and open disrespect toward customers are unacceptable. He is, frankly, a liability to your brand. read more

Great location outside Times Square. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful when making a decision. I did think the selection was more limited than your average dispo, and pricing wasn't great compared to others either. However, a good stop for a weekend trip to the city! read more

Popular- very full long line. People standing around one did ask what I was looking for - I told her and she just didn't respond but stood next to me. Put my order in using the QR codes they have around the shop. Line went quickly. Woman helping me more interested in the man at the next cash register than anything else. They charge a $3 fee for using a card which is unnecessary but it's Times Square I guess. Prices varied between cheap for a seltzer and more expensive than elsewhere for vapes. I much prefer housing works (your money does good for folks in nyc) or Dazed in union square- only had really great experiences there. 10 minutes later realize they charged me for more than they gave me. I ordered on the kiosk. Went up front to pay and they didn't have my order because something had supposedly happened with my order. When I told them what I ordered, I got charged normally. However, on my receipt I got charged for an item I DID NOT ask for. I asked for an exchange since the error was on their part. The lady helping me was not helpful at all. Did not offer any compensation whatsoever and simply said I had to take whatever was on my receipt . Horrible management. She even checked the cameras to confirm. read more

Expensive. When it first opened, the prices were reasonable & now they went up & they don't have a lot of choices that are available. A few blocks every way there are more places to buy. Examples Culture Club, housing works. If you are a tourist, check them out. At this point, I'm going to Culture Club, which is across from Macy's. They are still selling on the streets, it's good and no tax. read more

Unhappy with how I was treated. Jerk guy standing there was rude, and instead of helping me, snapped at me to use the computer to order. How was I supposed to know that? Snapped at me again when I asked a question, ruining my experience. I hate that, especially when I spent $50 plus $6.50 tax plus $3.00 fee = $59.50. Was charged $3 to use debit card, which I was informed of, so take cash. The girls at the front and the security guy were very nice, but other guy needs customer service and kindness training. The only reason I will be be returning is that the Apollo 11 was killer. read more
