Walk ins are welcome and you won't wait too long. Katherine sat me down and gave me a great cut while talking about great books and local things. The business has been in Greg's hands for thirty years and going strong. They have a bulletin board with cards for alot of local places that would be useful for many things. I only took off one star as they are a bit old fashioned in that they only accept cash. Maybe an update on that would be good. I did not see an atm handy but I had cash. The prices are great and cheaper than the chain places. I will definitely go back to this local place soon.

As soon as I noticed, we called immediately hoping for any possible solution. Instead of being met with kindness or even basic professionalism, we were met with rudeness and zero effort to help. This was for 4 services with a $360 deposit already paid. I completely understand that contracts exist, but good businesses know how to handle honest mistakes with grace, especially when the actual date is a year away, not a peak Saturday, and there's plenty of time to rebook (and they likely will). Even a partial credit toward in-salon services would have shown goodwill. Instead, they offered no recommendations, no flexibility, and no attempt to turn an unfortunate situation into something workable. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds to them shows their true character. Unfortunately, this salon made it very clear they value short-term policies over long-term customer relationships. I will not be recommending them to friends, and I'd encourage others to think twice before trusting them with something as important as a wedding.

We showed her a picture of a haircut with the highlight that I wanted, and she pulled it off PERFECTLY. When I got home I looked in the mirror and my hair was... AWESOME! The highlights were perfect streaks, the cut was exactly like the picture we showed her. When you walk in you usually see organized shampoos, combs, and a big mirror. I just want everyone to know you really should go here to get your hair done. She is always so nice to everyone.
