It was a bad time when I had to file chapter 13 two months ago. Mr. Orange was recommended to me by…read moremy neighbors. The first day I went into his office he was polite, understanding, and willing to help. Once paid I never saw him again. When I would receive threats or notices from Debtors I would call the office and his wife (secretary) would answer the phone telling me "he handles that ignore them" I felt like I was treating like a mushroom. Kept in the dark about what was going on. First court date he was a no show. His assistant was there. I received no instructions or guidance on proceedings. I received more mail contesting my case. I called again and again was told to just ignore legal documents. The day of my confirmation 08/04/2017 came and Mr. Orange was there but would not speak to me. His assistant attorney helped me renegotiate an issue with my bankruptcy but then had to convince Mr. Orange to let me be confirmed. Now it's Monday 08/07/2017 and I just called to ask about a claim and to make sure my case was complete. His wife told me she was unable to help and put me through to Mr. Orange who told me to "Never ask him questions" he told me my case was done. He didn't know if my payments would change. I tried to say thank you but he hung up on me. I'm not sure if I was asking to much to want to be an active participant in my case and not a blind sheep or if this is his normal. My case is complete and handled He was nice on day one but rude since Very arrogant and not friendly after paid I'm happy it's over but not happy being told to never ask him a question I felt was a legit one and being hung up on.
