At first, though I was a little sad because what was delivered, although very gorgeous, were tulips. (See pic) When I called the next day, the owner, Jerry said he received a delivery but was not happy with the look of the larger Cyclamen and would not send something he did not approve. He offered to send 2 smaller Cyclamen to my friend at no additional cost and this is why I am giving the business a 5 instead of a 4 because the way Jerry treated my concern tells me that customer satisfaction is the most important thing to him.
