However, after driving an hour from Asheville. I was disappointingly surprised that they were closed. Not only was I bummed, but it appeared that other patrons as well. My guess is they decided to close on Veterans Day and didn't bother to tell anyone, but themselves. I am not from North Carolina, but live in Texas full time. It would be nice for them to post updated hours that they abide by.
