I tell her I don't have enough gas to make it home and this is my only way to pay. she just looks at me like I'm stupid and walks off. I go to the other clerk, she tries to use the app but does something so my payment gets lost. I go back to my car that is sitting at the pump find where my $ went, the first clerk comes out pounds on my car window and yells "you're not allowed to just sit here! your blocking the pump and no one can get gas! Leave the property or I'm calling the cops!" I look around and there is NO ONE ELSE in the parking lot and everyone of their 13 pumps is open. so I pull forward into a parking spot. she comes and pounds on my window like she's on drugs screaming that she's calling the cops!! The manager told me before that if I wave at the clerk they would know I was coming in the store to get something else. Well I wave at the clerk and she just stood there, so I walk to the door and ask to turn on the pump and I was going to get cigarettes. ( I've had problems with this clerk before. ) Well she said she need something from me before she could turn it on. I tried to tell her what I was going to get , when she started to get hateful with me, then the other clerk jump in and started hateful saying they don't turn pumps on that they didn't know. I don't know what she was going through but it was upsetting . We went to the store next door , they were very kind. And they had also not got to eat because they blowed them off. 3 more truck drivers left the restaurant without food. I think it was very uncalled for. And I wish I knew her name. I'm sorry what she was going through. As we are leaving we met people needing to eat because they didn't have water at home. Gate still closed and the whole family waiting to go in. Sad. I just think you should know what went on Christmas night it was very unprofessional. I work with the public I understand but I would have lost my job if I behaved this way.

I had only $18 in my account but only intended to purchase $5 in gas. I went inside, conducted the transaction with what was at 1st without incident. When I returned to pump the gas, the screen was saying to insert card or make purchase in store. I pressed the help button but no response occurred. Assuming it was a minor error, I was walking back to the store but met the cashier at the door as he was flirting with a girl in the doorway. He made eye contact with me and put his hand up indicating he knew I was coming back to for to try the purchase again. I confirmed and announced "Yes on pump 9." I went back again and same results. Now I sense if I go back inside, a conflict is likely. In effort to avoid conflict, I attempted to pay at the pump. To my surprise, it accepted the card when normally if there's a low balance, it instructs user to see cashier. Then, I attempted to select grade but the button wouldn't make contact and it was unable to engage. So I hung the pump handle back up and cancelled the transaction on the keypad. I decided to try a different pump. I drove to opposite side to pump 10 and went inside to try again. This time, the card declined. I explained to the cashier that this would be a serious problem bc I had no other option to pay and he said wait a few minutes and try again. I did but it was still unsuccessful. I explained that I had no way to leave without any gas bc I was barely fortunate enough to coast to the pump. He began to comment that nobody was trying to steal money from me, for which I replied that I am not accusing anyone of anything. He continued to be confrontational which intensified to a shouting match. He then threatened to call the manager which I encouraged him to do so. He put her on speaker phone and immediately, she decided that I was in the wrong based on his version of events and ordered him to call the law. I also encouraged the idea bc regardless of who was right or wrong, the fact remains that I am unable to remedy the situation due to the uncontrollable circumstances that my car was out of fuel, and out of money as a result of his incompetence. The deputies showed up, I gave my version of events and they went inside to get his. They came back and helped me out with $10 of gas. The immediate problem was resolved and greatly appreciated but the incident continues to be a major problem bc I intended to use the remainder of my assets to purchase a Mother's Day present but due to his serious lack of professionalism and furthermore, the faulty equipment at the pump, I am still unable to access my funds that were unreasonably taken from me

I started buying gas here because it was convenient, but soon noticed my vehicles running worse and worse. After the last fill up there my truck got so bad that it would barely run. I changed the fuel filter which helped some, but not completely. The final solution was to get the polluted crap out of my truck and buy a fresh tank of gas from another gas distributor.
