The flowers that were delivered were half wilted already. He paid $100 for the flowers arrangement and it didn't even look like a $40 arrangement he was so upset about what they had so now I contacted the company they don't want to talk to me they don't respond to my messages I left please think twice about using this company they're not given the product out that they're showing on their site and the flowers are not high-quality. Placed an order in the morning for an orchid. I attempted to call the owner a number of times throughout the day to see if there was any way they could make sure it was delivered before 2 o'clock. I left a few voicemails and then about an hour later I got a phone call back. The owner was very apologetic and said that he must've left his phone off and did not realize it. I called 2 times, on separate days in the early afternoon during business hours, trying to get a Mother's Day delivery anytime within the next three days. The business never bothered to call me back. I realize they had online availability to order, but I had questions and wish to speak to the person ordering from. Because they had online availability, I did not work to find an alternate florist, believing they would call me back as any legitimate business should. By the time I tried finding an alternate florist, it was too late to get a delivery for today, Mother's Day. My mom is unwell, and lives alone in Pismo beach, and I feel really disappointed that I was not able to brighten her day with flowers, which has been an annual tradition. read more

Placed the order online two days ago, Feb 12 for delivery on Valentines Day at a hotel we hadn't yet checked into. Cost was a little higher than I was expecting to pay, but it turned out to be totally worth it. I called this morning to request delivery before 11am (checkout time at the hotel where we're staying) and they came through. Flowers are beautiful. Got the classic dozen roses and they look exactly like the picture. I don't ever pay for flowers like these, and I think I should start. Rick was definitely our favorite vendor to work with during our wedding planning. On the day of our wedding, Rick knew exactly what I wanted and he made our venue look beautiful. I waited until my walk down the isle to see the final product and I was blown away. He create a beautifully decorated archway, a piece for our children's tee pee, the most adorable flower collars for our ring bearer and flower girl (aka our dogs), and my perfect cascade bouquet. I had to call back twice because my friend kept changing her plans as to when she'd be home making it hard to surprise her. Rick was so co-operative & not once conveying annoyance or frustration. If I could give 10 stars I would. I called Rick 3 weeks before my son's wedding to see if he could do centerpieces and the head table. He said yes. Then I called a week later to see if he could do the bride, bridesmaids, groom and groomsmen's flowers and he said no problem. Three days later I asked if I could get two very large arrangements that the bride and groom would stand between and he was awesome and again said no problem. I wasn't sure what everything was going to look like as I lived out of the area and taking a chance. Rick knocked everything out of the park. His arrangements made everything just beautiful. Worst experience EVER! I ordered my daughter flowers and balloons for her 21st birthday. The balloons looked faded, old, and were partially deflated, and the flowers were horribly skimpy (two orange flowers and a bunch of green stems). I wouldn't typically write a yelp review for this, but when I called to talk to the owner he was HORRIBLE to me. He first told me he was going to fire the girl that took my order, then he said he is going to credit my credit card. However, when he said he was going to credit my credit card he then said do me a favor and never do business with us again. Before I could even tell him I won't bother he called me a f'ing B and hung up on me! WOW! Customer service at it's finest! Now my daughter just called me and said that the bank she works at (where the flowers were delivered) jjust called her (she took the day off for her birthday) and said this man from Pismo Beach Florist just came in looking for her.
