I am always concerned about his well-being and I do not take chance; therefore. Called 911 and within about 5 minutes the pistoresi ambulance arrived in our home. We reside in the Madera Acres Area. The two gentleman that came out; spoke Spanish; which that alone; made my father feel a lot better; as he was able to communicate to them; what he was feeling. They were able to respond and answer my father questions themselves. They took my father high pressure and informed my father of the reading; and also provided caring and understanding to my mother; who was worried to death. We shared with them that my father is awaiting a visit from his brother who resides in Texas and my father has not seen in over 30 years. They were happy for my father upcoming visit with my uncle. They also informed my father; that sometimes; high emotion; will make his high blood pressure; rise. Which that made my father feels at ease. Since the high blood pressure reading has lower during their visit to our home. The allowed my father to choice; if he wanted to go to the hospital; or if just wanted to see his doctor in the morning. I was observing the gentleman's interaction with my parents. They were very caring and compassionate to my parents. I just feel so bad; as I was worried myself; that I forgot to get their name. There were station out of the hub on Ave 17 and D Street in Madera California They provided excellent caring and compensate service; and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

It's never busy and there is not an excuse to not do your job. I went in on 12/23 extremely sick. Doctor Lily was great -very compassionate and caring. I was prescribed antibiotics and inhaler. Before I left I specifically asked the staff to confirm with me that my scripts were sent to the Walgreens location I provided. She assured me that everything was sent. Well it was not. Xmas eve and Xmas came the following days and I was screwed out of my meds until 12/26. When I called and asked for the reason the girl just said "oh well we didn't input your pharmacy information" meaning when I asked for confirmation the front staff was lying when they confirmed everything was set. Unacceptable 2 stars for doctor Lily. But overall Sorry excuse for an urgent care. Avoid.

My daughter did some research and heard about Victory Med Transport from a first responder friend. They were amazing. They were available when we needed them, they showed up on time, they were kind and respectful, they moved calmly but quickly with the loading and unloading (we required the gurney). I will absolutely recommend them to anyone. Haha, I just looked at my review and saw that they identify me as being in San Francisco. That is not the case, I am in Fresno.

However for a Pediatric Critical Care Transport Team they are a godsend. Not everybody lives next to a world class hospital. Often smaller, rural, areas lack the specialist a patient needs. If you are sick in an ICU and need to go elsewhere you need a dedicated team to make sure you can get from Hospital A to Hospital B safely. I have found the crews to be professional and safe. They are always willing to assist our team as needed. You cannot ask for much more
