The $20 is a temporary bank pre-authorization which never actually gets charged to my card. The processing bank is responsible for the release of the hold, not the business. The final charge that goes on my card is the amount I spent. Unfortunately the processing bank is just like places that take 5 days to process a refund. There is no working phone for the business but there is a drop box on the inside vending door to leave a note for any issues. Got a call back the next day. read more

Went there to wash my car and as I pulled up my radiator hose exploded. Had to cut a piece off to try and make it work to go to the part store. The workers there approach me and were extremely rude and told me that I did this on purpose. These guys only care about themselves. They yelled and cursed at me in front of my kids. Do not use this carwash they have misleading signs that state "Your card will be charged for $20 then the difference returned in 2 hours". It's been two days and they're trying to charge my card $17.50. Mind you, I didn't use the automated drive thru wash I used the open slot and manually sprayed my car for a few mins. $7 "the works" automatic car wash ($4-5 less expensive for the same tier at other auto-washes in town) and 75 cents for the interior vacuum (a dollar everywhere else) including car scent option. I don't know about the manual car wash costs because manual washing doesn't happen to my car unless it's a fundraiser and teenagers are doing it for me for a donation. We needed a good car wash and this one was convenient and fast. Area was clean and we also liked that they had touch-free and soft-touch options. We opted for the touch-free since my husband is VERY picky about his car. It had lots of soap and they had vacuums available. Once the wash was done and we parked, it was obvious it only took off the dust but there were still fingerprints, and dirt on the car. Oh well, it looked good when it was wet. I get a great feeling of satisfaction when I drive away with a squeaky clean wash. I do the manual wash when I have time since I feel like it's always more fun to do the work myself. This place us definitely cheaper and better kept up than other car wash lots in the area. The change machine and coin slots are conveniently inside so you don't have to deal with the cold too much while you try shoving $1 bills in the machine. And the pressure of the water gun is really awesome. The automatic wash does its job well when you're looking for a quick 2 minute turnaround and no having to get out of your car in the bitter cold. read more

This was our second choice car wash since the $4 car wash down the road was backed up. So glad we didn't get a car wash there though. Stopped here at Pit Stop and went through Touch Free car wash not realizing it. Wanted one with the rubber spinning spools that actually scrub the car. But as we were pulling out of the wash, a man who was either the manager or owner, had me roll down my window and told me that the wash didn't get my grill well a t all and said he will put me through the soft touch wash(one with the rubber spinners) for FREE! He said it'll get my grill better. That right there is GREAT customer service! I didn't even ask about how it looked or check myself but he stopped me and told me it wasn't done right. That shows how much he cares about the customer satisfaction at this business. Will gladly bring my cars here from now on! read more
