When it comes to great massages, the pitstops team can't be beat. Both Elizabeth and Oscar are cretified massage therapists with years of experience and plenty of talent for giving a great massage. I have been getting weekly masages from Oscar for hree years+ I can't imagine a thrapist more skilfull, patient or knowlegeable. I'm a believer in the power and benefits of getting a great massage. It's an asian thing and I grew up seeing how it can alleviate pain, increase your range of motion, promote relaxation and wellness, etc. I'm also in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. You can keep going somewhere less expensive but have to hold your breath praying they won't hurt you, or end up at a spa with a lot of unnecessary add ons, or some places promoting relaxation but as soon as you see the bill, you tense up again. I found Oscar through my Physical Therapy place due to a locked shoulder joint. Rates are reasonable so I went ahead and made an appointment since I was in excruciating daily pain. That was several months ago and I haven't gone anywhere else and have even referred folks to see him or Liz. I can't say enough great things about them but he makes such a difference whenever I get my massage. I get such a relief that I'm able to tolerate my daily activities much better. I hate going on and on here on Yelp but just know that if you're needing or looking for a great massage, please give them your time. I don't think you'll be disappointed. read more

She listens and cares about her clients. Most massage therapists that I have seen before her barely use any pressure and don't do a very good job. While at my physical therapy session for a different issue, I told my physical therapist that I've been experiencing bad upper back pain for several days. She suggested that I see Oscar at PiTstops for a therapeutic massage as it appears muscular. I spontaneously did and I am so happy that I took her advice. He was happy to accommodate me right after my session since he is on site at this location. The treatment was excellent! Unlike other massages that I've had, he listened to exactly where my pain was, and clearly knew exactly how to approach that problem. He asked for feedback during the session to make sure I was comfortable. This morning is the first day in almost a week that I woke up with some relief. Excellent massage, reasonable cost.
