She said fine, give her $10 discount (for a half session, oh well) and left to treat another patient! I asked to call Janet back and told you that's not right, I am not going to agree with such a "deal". She asked if I have an insurance on file, I didn't. Janet started talking about "15 minutes cleaning ", but it wasn't said anywhere that cleaning is included in fee. Her next argument was that I stopped the treatment, I said no, I just asked to remove needles and continue with massage. Then, the doctor suggested me to go back and continue massage for half an hour, I refused. After all her tricks, she said: leave if you don't wanna pay. Such a wonderful customer service Janet! Lovely. Nevertheless, I paid half a price. Really disappointed because heard a lot of good reviews. My partner also had a good experience. Very very sad, I've been waiting for this appointment for 1 month! Janet, how could you? The saddest part is that my partner and I wanted to go to naturopath and chiropractor doctors. We are able to invest our $$$ and good attitude to the clinic. We liked its website and google reviews as we are new to the area and we follow recommendations online. After trying for 2 days to get somebody to pick up the phone here I was finally able to speak with the receptionist to confirm that they did gift certificates and would be open until 7:00pm. (On Valentine's Day) I pulled up to the door just before 6:30pm only to find it locked with nobody in sight. I waited a couple of minutes and a man (RMT Allan Portelance according to their website) reluctantly came to the door to see what I needed. I very excitedly told him that I was there to pick up a gift certificate for a one hour RMT massage for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. He said there was nothing he could do because the receptionist had left and he "didn't deal with that stuff" I was a bit taken back and told him again that it was for a Valentine's Day gift and that the sign next to us on the door, as well as the confirmation from the receptionist earlier in the day stated that they were open for another full 30 minutes. Allan again said there was nothing he could do and shut the door on me walking away. I understand that customer service seems to be a bit of a lost art these days, but this place is clearly lacking in professionalism and good business practices as well. I would not recommend going here if you want a good experience.

Have been to a few physio offices in this area over the past decades for a few rehab episodes. I've had about 200+ visits at 3 different offices. Checked out Insync before my surgery as I knew this would be at least 6 months or more. It was new and only 3 blocks from my place. So glad I did. Working with Natalie these past months has kept me on track. About 40 visits here and every time I walk out of there on a positive note. I like the one-to-one attention you get. And always getting / learning challenging new exercises. She is always asking how / what I've been doing with my rehab work between visits. I have different routines for when I rehab at home, work or outdoors. Learning the array of new exercises has kept me on track. The office is new as is everything else in there. The workout area is nice and has all the equipment you need. Is never crowded. The other staff are friendly. It really is an environment where you want to come. This is not always the case with me in the past with physio visits. Feel fortunate I walked in to check it out on a whim last spring.

I had lower back pain and thought it was from the gym but after him asking questions and looking at my posture he knew the pain was causes from my flat feet (caused from long hours of standing 14-16 hours a day working in film industry) He also gives me excersises after each session to help with the mobility of my hips. He is only there mon, wed, fridays from 2-7pm so appointments are strongly recommended. I enjoy going here as they are super close to me and its next to the gym :). The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the availibility as it is quite limited to see him :) They do not do direct billing so you will have to bill your insurance company yourself

Upon my first visit with David, he was able to pin point the source and cause of the pain and provided useful information and exercise recommendation to relief the tension. The clinic is clean and receptionist team is friendly. Each visit is around 40 mins and cost $75. At no point did I feel pressure to book a future appointment and was told I should be fixed within 3 sessions. I'm still waiting to do for my third, so far so good. BIM also offer acupuncture chiropractic service. This location also have a few work out machines, treadmills and other stretching devices. Parking is free underground shared with Vancity. I would recommend and come back.
