Then I meet Jacqueline. On the day of the return I explain that I just need the right school shirt, an easy fix. An honest mistake was made, but we can make this right within minutes. I am given a hard time, asking am I sure this was the location I got the shirts and did I not check them when I pulled them off the shelf. When I explained the staff member helped me. Stating that as she works here, she was looking through the shirts with me to find the right size and school, she is the one to grab the shirts so I did not question her choices. Jacqueline scoffs at me when I say this. My face must have said "excuse me", as that is when Jacqueline stated she wasn't giving me a hard time. Seriously? She was actively giving me a hard time. She started to become rude, more aggressive in her words and a shift in her stance, until she looked up and remembered that someone was setting up a table in front where the school shirts were and watching our interaction. All of a sudden she makes a comment about how I was not remembering my visit correctly with a fake laugh, but then stated since I just want to exchange the item she can do this for me. As if this was my fault, but out of the goodness of her heart she will help me out. Then they lied to my credit card company when I disputed charges saying they clearly stated shirts were final sale. Now I see from other reviews I'm not the first victim of this kind of moving target return policy. Make dang sure your items are what you want and fit before you leave this store because there's a high likelihood if it's a uniform shirt specific to a school they will pull some nonsense on you when you try to return!

I've purchased shirts in the past for my kids, which were good quality and held up well in the wash. I have three kids ages 7, 4, and 1, so my youngest is in a stroller. The last few visits, we've been spoken to very rudely and followed very closely like we're going to do something bad. It's a very uncomfortable feeling, and I'd rather go to any other shop on the circle. It's also not just one individual it's happened with, but two (an older man and an older woman). We're locals and visit the circle regularly, but I have no desire to go into this store anymore. I feel it's necessary to add that I supervise my children in the stores, and I do not allow them to touch anything or be disrespectful to people or merchandise.
