Shirts, capris and shorts are $4. Long pants are $3. They are a 501c3 non-profit, raising money to start a shelter for dogs and cats. Talk to Maggie and she'll tell you about all the other cool programs they want to implement: a prescription food bank for low-income residents, assistance with prescribed drugs for your pet. This is a crazy TJ Maxx. You would swear items were being given away. It is packed with people…read moreshopping in every department. There were 30+ people in the check out line which wrapped around inside the store. It took about 20 minutes to reach a cashier. Cudos to management of this TJ Maxx. Everything was kept neat and organized. Employees were friendly and helpful. I found a Saatva memory foam pillow, which was $70. Normally, these sell above $100. I have not been sleeping well on my 3 year old memory foam pillow, so was please to find this one. This store also has a good jewelry department. The lady working there was extremely helpful as we looked for sterling silver chains (not plated ones). She had told me because of the high price of sterling, they were not getting as many as previous times. Recommended!

Train your cashiers how to actually do their job. The newbies here (Liza) don't know how to check…read moreout people properly. Specifically, bagging. At checkout, Liza walked around her station, behind me, to select items that were heavy to charge first. Then, she went to the bag turnstyle and took bags over to bag there - FROM THE CONVEYER BELT. WTH? I asked why and she said I didn't put the heavy stuff up front which is how it should be bagged (so it's first in the cart and lighter stuff on top.) This was so inconvenient and slow that I told her, I'll figure it out and to not worry about it. When she started bagging my meats separately, I said, "don't worry about doing that, I don't need a lot of extra bags." So she began putting A TON of stuff in each bag so that there was literally no handles left to pick up the bags. This is just ONE damn thing I'm pissed off about at Walmart today. I'll write another review later.
