First, even though the tree was partially uprooted, there was no urgency. Second, for a week prior there was no communication. I found out late last week that they would be there Monday. On Monday, I woke up to a mess. 10 people standing in the yard making an absolute mess. Chad, the foreman was condescending and a jerk when I asked what was going on. At any rate, they showed no care and tried to do as little as possible. They left the property looking significantly worse than when they came. There is debris everywhere and now the HOA is bringing a second company in. NEVER HIRE LUCAS. Bad business, Worse business owners. No communication and they just don't care.

They were a little more costly than other estimates, but these guys seemed more professional and on top of it. After talking with him, I ended up with 4 trees removed, "cleanup" of 2 other trees and a guy got on my roof to pole-saw some branches back from another. All of it hauled away. I was absolutely good with all of that. My "deductions" come from: they were an 1 1/2hr late arriving for the 8 o'clock appointment. No "heads-up" phone call. After waiting 45 minutes, I called their office number, which I had to leave a voicemail that wasn't returned until almost 3 hrs later. Secondly, I really expected the clean up to be more thorough than it was. I wasn't looking for a pristine yard, but I wasn't expecting to pick up 4 wheelbarrow loads of limbs, twigs, wedges either...let alone putting my ladder (used to get on the roof) back where it was.

While cleaning they noticed one of the trees was in the danger zone as the dominant trunk was splitting away from the non-dominant trunk and that it had a parasite under its bark. We got a quote to take it down and since we had the money booked them. They came out around 10:00 and had the tree down and entirely hauled off be 5:00. I would highly recommend them.
