Well, this AM, I had an unpleasant surprise. The Electronic Parking Brake on my 2018 Toyota C-HR (26 months old with less than 20,500 miles on it) malfunctioned (EPB Activation Incomplete & EPB Activation Unavailable) :-( And of course, I wasn't home. But, out running errands. At least it happened before I did shopping, and had perishables with me. Being Sunday, and in a small town, I was surprised to get an answer when I called Pittman's Towing. Originally, the guy on the phone told me about an hour. And, even though it took a bit over 2 hours, everyone was very courteous, and friendly (to date, the nicest business that I have dealt with in Mville, GA; reminds me of what Southern hospitality is all about). Well, it it took them over twice as long as told, why did I give ''em 5 Stars? Simple. Not only did the driver take me to the Toyota dealership, he brought me back to my apartment, which was 7 miles in the other direction! And, at a cost far, far lower than I was expecting to pay (had expected about $100.00; it was only $50.00 :-o 8-) ; However, don't hold them to that, as mileage and time will effect the price). read more
