I was told over the phone to pay in cash which, every time I've…read moreever dealt with a legitimate pay in cash business that includes checks as well, so when the guy gets here he tells me they don't accept checks, cash only. So I called my dad and he said he'd be here in 20 min and bring me the cash and by the time the guy had the car loaded up good he would be here. Well apparently the guy couldn't wait that long even tho he would be here that long anyway if he would've loaded the car up and he left acting like a spoiled prick on the phone with his boss. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 25 years thus far.

I called them again yesterday. A man bought my car. He He gave the Vette too much gas and went over trailer stops! He called AAA. Then sent a flat bed wrecker, a pickup and three strong men. They would not touch the job! Insurance they said! I called Old Capitol Wrecker Service for the guy. There in 30 minutes. He did an EXCELLENT job, safely lifting that 30 year old Vette back in place! When the owner came to my vehicle, no receipt. He gave me his card and said call the office and we'll email it to you. Well 2 weeks later and still no answer. I would not recommend them for anything. This is definitely not a reputable business. And what he charged me, totally outrageous. Do not call this company. Now I know why they call this company Got cha. That they did.
