I enjoy practicing before the Judge's in Lincoln County…read more This is a county that believes in equal rights, because every Judge is a woman currently (and the two Judge's that actually are JUST IN LINCOLN COUNTY) are both women. Pottawatomie County and Lincoln County are in the same judicial district so they share one Judge. The women in the Court Clerk's office are very nice and friendly.

Went to pick up old (1965-75) docs, I'd been in communication with the clerks (3rd Floor) and they…read morehave been super helpful. Went down to the second floor to get the docs, notarized and pay. However the male officer doing the security screening, wanted to know where I was going (don't think it was his business to ask the public walking into a public building). He was not friendly at all, please replace him with someone not jaded. I told him 3rd floor and he Mansplained ... the second floor is the first floor, because there's a lower level (1st floor if you asked me). What the heck, I can count floors, I understand how they work. He had me all turned around, what a nit wit. I'll ask if I need help, which I didn't. He represents the county in That building, do better. Three stars because the ladies upstairs were 5 stars and he was 1.

That would have made my ticket disappear. Also, a couple of the secondary statutes clearly DO NOT apply (train tracks). But worst of all, they have a small 100-yard-ish outcropping that extended onto the highway were Officer Peaslee was sitting. Let's be real. Safety isn't their motivator. It's revenue enhancement.
