However, Dr. Bishop has been the first OB/GYN to truly listen and provide different recommendations for our fertility struggles over the last 4 years. She actually recommended us to a new fertility clinic to begin IVF in which we were able to get pregnant for the second time. Unfortunately the pregnancy ended in a second miscarriage which was discovered in office with Dr. Bishop at 10 weeks. Her caring bedside manner was so impactful as my husband and I were going through such a horrible situation, and it's been SO different and refreshing compared to my first miscarriage experience with my old practice (Century Medical Associates-- highly do NOT recommend). I have recommended Seasons to ALL of my friends because the care is top notch and the all-women practice makes you feel at home, even when you may be going through a difficult situation. For my annual gynecological examinations, I usually make appointments with the physician Dr. Natalie Brzoza. She and her medical assistants start the appointments on time. She performs thorough physical exams, and she speaks politely with me. She has promptly placed orders for PAP smears and mammograms, and she has never pressured me about my healthcare decisions. To start the office is in the double tree hilton hotel down town which is a bit different but the cookies in the lobby are quite good. Walking into the office I was greeted by a very nice front office lady. She took my info and I waited to be called back. The waiting room is cozy with a nice open window that looks out over the city and a tv so you don't miss your daily talk show. Once in the waiting room the nurse went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and went over everything I needed to know. She was just fantastic. The Dr I was was also very good and didn't leave me in the dark as to what was going on. I will definitely be returning to the office. They are so friendly. I even got a feel better kit after my procedure. Which was nice because I was so nervous and hadn't even eaten breakfast that day.

I had been visiting Dr. Ashley O'Keefe at the former location for several years for my annual exam and vaccines, and I followed her here to this location several blocks away. This location has a larger waiting room and some different employees. During my last visit, I signed in with the security personnel in the lobby, and then I took the elevator up to the office. After checking in at the front desk, I had to wait only a few minutes before being brought back to my room. Dr. O'Keefe and her receptionist, medical assistant, and nurse are always very friendly and make me feel comfortable. They never pressured me about any decisions. Most recently, I received a dose of Gardasil vaccine, which the FDA has now approved for people who are up to age 45. The vaccine at this age provides less benefit, because many people have already been exposed to HPV, but I was eligible and figured why not protect myself against cancer. Dr. O'Keefe was happy to prescribe the vaccine for me. The intramuscular injection was done correctly and as painlessly as possible.

Everything about my experience was top notch from the phone call making the appointment to the post appointment follow up. When I made my appointment, I was given detailed instructions about not only the appointment but also about where to park and how to get to the area where the test would be done. I was told to arrive around 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork so I did. It took me about 5 minutes to fill out the paperwork and they took me in almost exactly at my 9:30 appointment time. The staff was friendly and courteous. It was wonderful that the doctor explained every step of the test so I understood what was going on and what he was looking at. The nurse was equally as friendly and informative. Overall, the service was better then I expected and I will no longer be hesitant if/when I have to make a return appointment.

My first appointment (early December) was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice due to the physician's schedule. I lost a day of PTO due to that, but rescheduled for later in the month. For that appointment, I sent my updated insurance information by email, as they requested. Despite having 3.5 weeks to confirm, they called me 45 minutes before closing the day before my rescheduled appointment of time to say that, not only were they not able to confirm my insurance, but that my insurer told them I did not have an active plan (I do). Because the clinic called me less than an hour before closing, I was unable to connect with my insurer by phone to get the clinic confirmation. I ended up cancelling my appointment due to frustration and lack of any options provided by the most clinic's administrators. They would not allow me to bring proof of coverage to my appointment, a typical practice for any other reputable physician's office.
