When you arrive before dipping your feet you must first have your feet washed - they scrub your feet and check you for athletes foot. After that it's time to dip your feet!!!!! For an hour you sit there and the fish go to work eating the dead skin on your feet and legs, pulling away at your callouses. The woman there (who I imagine is the owner) told me the fish are imported from Turkey - and the fish in the store are the babies.
