I have been coming here since they opened it and I've never had a problem here but the new kiosk…read moresystem is awful. The idea behind it is efficiency but no one can figure out how to use it. I stood in line for 15 minutes just to sign myself in while the secretary sat at the desk not being helpful. There seems to be no difference in taking a # and being called up and signing in using a kiosk other than confusion. If we are going to use said kiosk, than stop paying $ to a secretary whose purpose has now been taken away and use the $ to get a kiosk that functions properly.

Wound up going to a REAL professional after enduring the same pain for 9 hours at work. He adjusted and cracked my neck within 15 minutes of being there and sent me on my way.
