Customer Service: I have exclusively been going to All-Around Sports over the last 3 years during my endeavor to create my own, small clothing brand. I am not designer... by any measure. Yet, Art and his staff kindly helped me alter my logo measurements, produced digitizations for my various ideas, and have fulfilled requests for 100 items and 5 items with the same speed and standard. Though I may never really be a designer, seriously, this shop has helped me achieve one of my life's passions. Durability/Quality: I have hundreds of screen-printed and embroidered products produced by All-Around Sports and I can honestly say that after dozens of washes, the screen printing has not yet cracked nor have the threads on the embroidery come loose. In my experience, most store-bought clothing items with screen printing usually crack after a few washes and the thread of the embroidery comes out. It's been 3 years and my shirts look and feel like they just came off of the press. Speed: All-Around Sports has workflow down to a science. Really, regardless of the quantity of products, Art and his staff have always gotten the products to me on time, if not even a bit earlier. I have dropped off 10+ shirts on a Monday and have had them ready by Thursday. Insane turn-around times. Though I now live in San Francisco, I would still rather fly down and get all of my printing and embroidery done at All-Around Sports. If that does not speak to the shop & staff's merit, I do not know what does.I would recommend, and have recommended, this shop to any and all that are looking for some sort of screen printing or embroidery done in any capacity.

So I can say, I hit the jackpot when finding LAB. When I first contacted Andy (Co-Owner), he was very professional. Andy listed to our schools needs and made time to explain what his company provide. He is clear, thorough and straight forward. He does not mislead you and if he makes a mistake on his end, he takes responsibility and fixes any issues we may have. Andy invited me to their shop, LAB in South El Monte, which is super inviting. All apparels he has available that he has to offer is hung nicely on racks ordered by company. Near by is a bar, which to me shows that they love to work and play at the same time. I met German, I believe he's the co-owner and is the main screen printer. German is also super nice and also very clear and straight forward. German explains the screen printing process, shows me the screens, how they are printed on from a computer, how the printer works and much more. I felt very welcome anytime I come to place, review and pick up orders. They do not have anything to hide. I design our school logos, which makes it an easier process for our school, and LAB does not care what the designs are and if they come in one color. Andy does not reject any designs or sends it back to make any modifications. He accepts it, helps tweak it and/or improves it. He's very flexible. As for pricing, LAB is the best price in town. As far as my research goes. Andy has always work to meet or beat any competitors price. As for the products, we've ordered sweaters, long sleeve shirts and T-Shirts, all came out as I designed it and mocked up by Andy. All mock ups Andy creates gives our school a visual of what the final product looks like, it takes alot of time on his end, but it's great to see what our product will look like. Once our order is complete, all apparels ordered are nicely packaged, ordered and clean. We had heard good things about the convenience of print-on-demand, but when the samples arrived we were really disappointed. The colors were off and muted, smaller text and lines came out blurry, and some of the graphics came out misshapen. We decided to try working with a local print shop instead. I called a few of the bigger print shops in downtown LA that I had heard of, but on the phone I got the impression that they prioritized significantly bigger orders. I felt that my small business needs would not be given as much attention. I turned to Yelp to find an even more local business in the Pasadena area. After reading great reviews for EM Print Studio, I gave them a call. Eli picked up right away and took the time to answer all of my questions on the phone. I was able to send him an image of my design right away. Once we agreed to some of the parameters for the project, he scheduled me in on short notice for an in-person consultation. During the consult, Eli brought examples of the options for printing on t-shirts and explained everything to me. As someone who is new to making t-shirts, I found it extremely helpful to be able to see it in-person and also feel the texture of the garments. Eli was generous with his time and it was clear he knew his stuff. I felt confident that my order would be in good hands. He sent over a quote that same day and turned around my order in record time. After we had wasted all that time with the print-on-demand company, we were behind on our timeline to get the shirts to our students but thanks to Eli we got it done.
