My family and I have never done a family photo shoot and we were excited to at least get one photo for a canvas. We had no idea how to pose or what to do. Miguel was the perfect photographer, especially for people who are not experienced in getting their photo taken. We love all of the poses that he suggested. He was so funny and personable which helped capture some really organic smiles and happy moments. We also included our puppy in the photo shoot and he did such a great job capturing our dog and getting her attention as well. Needless to say we've gotten much more than one good photo that we set out for. I would definitely recommend MN photography to all of my family and friends and look forward to booking again in the future. Perhaps next time at an outdoor photo shoot as this particular shoot was at his private studio.

What's included in the package is made unclear, so I never got what I expected. In addition, during the shoot he said that he could take my arm out if I had it on my kiddo and when I reminded him of this later, he said that was considered a complex edit and would cost money but they'd do it complmenetary that time. Had he told me this at the time of the shoot, we would have done something differently to get photos without me there in the background. Not cool.

I found Agata Makara on Craigslist under Services listings for Photographers so the whole "Buyer…read moreBeware" comes into play. I was looking for an amateur experienced photographer to shoot my two apartments using a Wide angle lens and bright vivid colors with HDR (high definition resolution). Several photographers including Agata responded and she seemed very eager and available to shoot the next day. We agreed on a price $150 which would include all her photographic equipment, digital copies of the photos, and as many edits /touchups of the photos as needed. Agata showed up on time and proceeded to spend 2 hours per apartment taking pictures and doing this and that (I left her mostly alone). When she was getting ready to leave to drive to another assignment, I asked her what the turn around was, she said she would work all night and the next day on the edits and combining the bright, somber, and regular pics to make a very vivid result - and that she would get back to me. The very next day Agata told me she was ready to meet so we scheduled to meet at a gas station in the mid afternoon halfway between each of our workplaces. She handed me a flash drive and said all the pics were on the flash drive and that ANY pics I needed redone, to just provide her the photo number and she would re-edit as desired -- brighter, darker, more vivid, more black & white, etc. -- I trusted Agata and gave her $150 cash and when I asked her for an invoice or receipt she said because she had given me such a great price she had nothing to offer me. Imagine my surprise when I viewed the pics at home and came to see that they were only 50% decent - many were blurry, out of focus, and others were dark and not leveraging the wide angle lens that she had promised. In the second apartment, she only included 14 pics (compared to 52 of the first one) and I was missing rooms and many angles I remember her photographing! When I texted her she asked me to email the requests and she would comply -- and yet I waited 10 days and texted her almost daily (as I had to meet a deadline) and I would get only excuses. Finally I got an apology for her ignoring me - saying that she was so busy - and that she would get back to me within a day, but that day came and went and when I finally expressed my disappointment she said in a nasty tone, that I should not have expected $1000 worth of photography work since I only paid $150! Agata was a crook and took my money and left me hanging with the re-edits of my pics --- the ONLY reason I have not given her 1 star is because the few photos I could use were actually good. While I understand she and I negotiated a competitive price, she is not a professional photographer and this is not her full-time job, and I found her on Craigslist and that was our agreement - so to back away from it later was very unprofessional and unfortunate.
