Were you at the party? You must have been.. She was ABSOLUTELY not there for her full hour. During face painting she was MEAN, rushed and not all 10 kids got their face painted. Yes, balloons pop.. If she doesn't know what she's doing then she shouldn't do it. Not okay to keep popping balloons right in kids faces. Also don't forget that she took time to charge her cell phone. I didn't know they had iPhones in Enchacia. Don't tell me my daughter and her friends had a great time. I NEVER SAID THAT. My daughter is smiling in ZERO pictures. There are only smiling kids when the princess was not present. It is mentioned that the princess could be late. I should have relieved a phone call! I never once called before the scheduled time - so maybe don't lie? I'm sure I'm missing plenty of points I wanted to reply to.. But in the end you guys handled this horribly. I did not harass anyone. I complained and you should expect more complaints coming. A company that actually cares would have tried to make it right. Why would I ever want to book with you again?? I will dispute the charge since you are not willing to work with me in any way. Your company did not fulfill what was stated in the contract. There is nothing wrong with me trying to warn people about you. This same post is on the Sonoma county moms page - it hasn't been up long and many people will now never book with you. Not because of the princess but because of YOU. Again thank you for calling me a BITCH and then having the nerve to try to lecture me. PS - I'm not the first person to say that I was hung up on. I met this wonderful Lady at a quinceanera last weekend 5/19 in Redwood City. I was the photobooth…read moreattendant. I hadn't noticed her before until our eyes locked and she smiled. She was taking a short break and checking out the scenery. It was shortly after this moment where I realize she was a vendor at the event. I found some time to take a short break and walked over to where she was painting faces on the teens. I thought that was so cool and I always wanted to get my face painted - especially by good painters! You know I had to jump on that! When she was clear of teens, I casually walked over there and was still pondering if I should get something painted. She lured me in with a smile and a kind/gentle gesture (patting the seat chair in front of her). I was sold! I looked at some of the Disney characters on a few pages and thought they were cool. She then handed me another sheet that was filled with more exotic paintings (eg peacock feathers with glitter, rainbow colored designs, etc). I was totally "down" for that! "Which one will take you the fastest to complete?" I yelled over the loud music DJed as I needed to get back to my post (photobooth area). She pointed at this purplish-bluish glitter - what looks like - peacock feather painting. This covered 1/4 of the face. I took it as (1) she wanted to do something different than Disney characters that she's been doing all day and night, and (2) it was not that it was the fastest design but I think she thought this would look good on my face. "OK!" After a very wet dab of the sponge, and a few brushes from (what seems like) a thin brush, two(2) minutes later she's done! VERDICT I am totally booking her at the next suitable event to fit her services, even if that means its coming straight out of my own pocket. She's not only good but she's super nice and sweet. If you're looking a professional, kind and sweet face painter for your party, look no further! She's right here!

OH.MY.GOSH!!! Let me tell you all a story…read more I'm heading out to a 90's themed party. I got blue eyeshadow, red lips, and a side ponytail to complete my look. I get there and realize, I look basic! My world stops. This unique snowflake can't be looking basic. Luckily, I spot my new bestie, Lisa (btw Lisa, we're besties now), she's doing face painting at the event. I knew that my basic look is about to transform. I go over to Lisa and I ask her to freestyle whatever. My only real request is that it needs to have a ton of glitter. Only glitter can save me from being basic. She and I seemed to be on the same wavelink because she got me. It's like she knew what my deep desire far inside my rainbows and unicorns filled heart was. She tells me, "I got you and i got this". Ok, maybe she didn't use those exact words but it was similar. I close my eyes and felt like my fairy godmother was there for me as she was for my twin, Cinderella. Bibitty, bobitty bop and WHAM! I was transformed into the glittering, sparkling, beautiful butterfly you see in the pictures. I went from basic to extra in like a second. Next thing I knew, I'm like a 90's celebrity. Everyone wants pictures. The cellphone paparazzi was everywhere, and I made like Lindsey Lohan and showed it all off!

Unfortunately I have to give her a bad rating. Last weekend…read moremy god daughter had a birthday party & Mama Bear Face Painting & Creations was scheduled to come and face paint for the children. However, there were some issues that I as well as the other parents wasn't okay with. 1) Her disposition was horrible, she seemed as if she didn't want to be there, her face said it all without her having to say it. 2) She told my god daughter that she had line rules, "if you cut anyone in line, you have to go to the end of the line" and "if you step on my feet I'm going to step on your feet back". Now first and foremost these are children. Our job as parents is to ensure these kids are having a good time. Telling a child you're going to step on their feet if they step on yours is ridiculous. Our kids aren't just stepping on adults feet purposely or anybody feet for that matter so to vocally tell a child, that did not once step on your foot "if you step on my feet I'll step on yours" is disgusting. How old are you?! & if you had an issue with any child, notifying a parent would be appropriate. Not to mention these are well behaved children that understand and knows how to be respectful of adults. 3) We also wasn't aware that she didn't paint kids faces (1 year olds) ... she said that she doesn't do their faces because they move around too much. But how would you know if this child doesn't move at all if you never even tried or gave this child a fair chance? Okay whatever .... have the written down so you're clear prior to people booking. 4) A family member told her that she could help herself to some food and once she ate, her attitude sure did change! 5) I understand that people have bad days and people have rules. But one things for sure, whether you are having a bad day, show up to work and put your game face on and do what you were paid to do! Secondly, if you have rules and regulations and age limits please have a written document of your do's and dont's so parents aren't upset when you deny a child of a face painting because of their young age. Four parents complained about her disposition and attitude. I would not recommend her services and if you do book with her, hopefully she's better to you than she was to our party.

She came out for my 3 year old's birthday and within 30 minutes I already had complaints about her…read morebeing rude to my niece and daughter (birthday girl). My daughter who just turned 3 wasn't too sure about getting her face painted so she got a glitter tattoo instead and my niece who is 11 did it with her so that she wouldn't be afraid . After a little time went by they went back in line to get their face painted and was told "no you can only get your face painted or glitter tattoo but not both!" I wasn't there yet, so i had to hear it from other family members.. I had a talk with her and asked her to please be patient while working with kids. Her response was that she wanted to make sure everyone got a turn. Ok, well that should have been explained properly to my niece and daughter but instead she was rude about it. I talked to my 11 years old niece and let her know she can go back to get her face paint just to get her to be sent to the back of the line for the second time. this made it the second time i had to talk to her.. After about 20 minutes I had another complaint from someone else saying she was rude to kids who were in line.. My thing is if you are working with kids, regardless of what is going on with your personal life or day you need to put on a friendly face and be respectful and if you can't seem to get yourself to at least be courteous PLEASE don't work with children. I didn't want to ruin the party or disappoint the kids who were still in line waiting to get their face painted so I tried to keep things calm however, I won't be using her again and I definitely do not recommend her if you are looking for someone who is kid friendly who smile and are good with kids..
