After searching around Austin for a reasonably priced photo booth rental, Pixster won with flying colors! You have so many options as to what kind of package you want. We chose their Holiday Deluxe Package, which allowed us to choose any of the sequin backgrounds they had to offer, a USB of all of our pictures, unlimited photo prints, holiday and basic party props, a site attendant, and more. We used Pixster at our wedding and we are so happy that we did! From the start, just doing my preliminary research and comparisons, their website is super easy to understand what exactly you're getting and the difference in their packages. Getting an official quote was a breeze and anytime I had a question, I could just email the customer service rep's email that had been helping me. I think the original guy that was helping me left sometime during the 7 months or so between booking the booth and my wedding, but I was still able to email the same email and get a response. You get to design your photo strip (even with the basic package) which is a really nice plus, a lot of other places don't let you design your strip unless you get an upgraded package. Also, the day of my wedding, they called and asked if I wanted a free upgrade to a different background (instead of the plain white), which was a very welcomed surprise! Not a complaint, but I wish they had asked/taken care of this upgrade a few days prior instead of the day of simply because I was not answering my phone at all on my wedding day (luckily my bridesmaids took care of answering the original call and then calling him back on my behalf). Setup was seamless, I told them exactly what time I wanted them to be there, and to my knowledge, all went off without a hitch. Let's just say, I wasn't disturbed at all / I didn't even know that they had set up until it was already there, so in my opinion, that's great service! The guy helping our booth was a bit less than enthused to be there, it seemed, but he helped people get situated in the booth and clicked the button, so I guess if there was anything to complain about, that would be it. We absolutely loved working with Pixster. Like many other couples this last year, wedding planning was a challenge last year. We already had our date and most of our vendors locked in when COVID hijacked the year. We changed our date with Pixtser twice, cut down the guest list, and changed the venue, and they were incredibly accommodating and kind throughout the process. In addition to their flexibility, the price point was fantastic, the customized photostrips were the perfect take-home token for guests (we created a wedding logo for our invites and added it to the photostrip), the gif-enabled booth and social sharing were an added plus, and the two onsite reps were friendly and welcoming to all our guests.
