Austin City Photobooth was a huge hit at our party. The photobooth added a great point of interest, guests had a blast, and the photos are a fun keepsake. Planning and logistics went incredibly smoothly, as Jeremy is a true professional. Some businesses (particularly photographers), will aggressively nickel and dime you to death with upsells and crazy charges. They hold your photos for ransom, even though you paid them handsomely for your event already. Austin City was the exact opposite. The service included more than expected, and there were zero surprise charges. All photos are available online, in dozens of prints at the party, and on a flash drive. It was very refreshing. A review long overdue... Hands down THE BEST vendor I had at my wedding! The process from beginning to end was great. Jeremy is one of the nicest people I've ever worked with! We were really excited to be able to find a photo booth that was in our budget for our wedding and offered everything that we wanted. We booked him several months in advance and he was always easy to get in touch with, and checked in with us regularly - that was awesome! I definitely had a lot on my plate with the planning and he was always very patient, I waited till about a week or so before the wedding to give him our font and template for the photo strip and he never complained and even went above and beyond to get it exactly how we wanted, even at short notice. The day of our wedding he got everyone, and I mean EVERYONE involved from my youngest nephew of 3 to my Grantie! That was THE BEST. We upgraded to the beautiful gold backdrop and he had a great selection of props. Photo quality was great, and a huge plus that everyone got to have a copy! We used Austin City Booth for our formal event on a boat back in May. They were able to accommodate us even though it was very last minute (a week prior). Jeremy was incredibly easy to talk to and was very excited to be a part of our event. His enthusiasm made the whole process of reservations and planning much less stressful. I filled out the contact form on the ACPB website and within 30 minutes, Jeremy called me. We had everything scheduled within 10 minutes and he emailed me the invoice. AMAZING! We used Jeremy for a photo booth in an airstream for our wedding this past weekend. He was my favorite vendor by far. He was so responsive from the beginning. He even made an extra trip out to the venue to make sure everything would fit in the airstream. When the day came, it was such a hit!!! I was so busy I didn't notice how many people were using the photo booth. By the end of the night, I finally had the opportunity to take some photos, and I didn't want to leave! Jeremy's service is just about the most fun you can legally have at a party! We used Austin City Photobooth for our wedding reception at the HIlton downtown in June 2012. Jeremy was efficient, polite, so polite and evidently the life of the party because many people kept going back to his booth to do more shots. We are a couple in our mid-50"s so you can imagine how "cool" all the younger crowd thought we were that we even thought of a booth in the first place. All the old timers had even more fun with it. So if you are looking for something to entertain ALL ages, this is it!! Jeremy took several practice shots to make sure lighting was right. He was in and out on time. He brought his own props but I added in a few more like a hat and some leis. He even downloaded all the film strips to a little flash drive I provided. He also had the cutest book out on the table where everyone could glue one of their two copies he gave them in our book. There they could write their well wishes. Such a nice momento. He always responded promptly & with a professional, friendly vibe. We hired Jeremy for our wedding reception in February 2014, and it was easily one of the best decisions we made. We wavered over spending the extra money to have a photobooth, but Jeremy's prices were the best around and his professionalism was top notch. We actually waited until 10 days before the wedding to make the decision, but it didn't affect the quality of what we received -- Jeremy immediately began working with me to design a customized photostrip with our names, wedding colors and preferred fonts. He was happy to go back to the drawing board for me multiple times until the border was exactly what I wanted. He also worked with me to provide a canopy for the booth so it would have a more traditional closed off experience. Jeremy was on time, worked the booth and assisted my guests for 4 hours at the reception, and always had a smile and a great attitude. It was actually pretty impressive. We had kids at the wedding so I thought the photobooth would be a good distraction for them into the night when parents were busy dancing, and it was, but the biggest surprise for me what how much my parents and the older folks loved the booth and how many times they rotated through. Apparently it was nostalgic for them. Jeremy gives you a USB with all the great quality digital images to take home at the end of the night which is a really great bonus and have already become some of our favorite photos of the night.
