Freshco is owned by Safeway. Freshco is branded as a lower tier grocery stores (similar to No Frills which is owned by Loblaw). July 11, 2019 was their grand opening day. We went on the second day after grand opening and the place was super packed. We have noticed they had a lot of Indian specialty items. The isles are very wide. Prices were definitely cheaper. There is a giant parking lot out front. Another great thing about Freshco is that they are beside the bus loop. Super convenient. We are happy this place opened up. The store before Freshco was Safeway (they closed down a year ago). The lot was left empty for awhile before Freshco popped up.

This is because they are located in the corner mall. If you are heading west, it can be tricky. Service was ok. When we arrived (on a Friday at around 5:30), there was someone in front of us. The guy working seem to be taking his sweet time. We were not in a rush, so it doesn't matter. They offer several services: shipping, pickup, mailbox, immigration forms and etc. Overall it was ok.

They initially claim that the payment is refundable, but it's been nearly a year, and we are still fighting to get our money back. The seminar felt more like a cult than a personal development course. Many of the mentors -- particularly some from the Chinese community -- claimed the seminar changed their lives, but one of them was actually a close friend of mine, and I can tell you their real life doesn't reflect those claims at all. We were a group of five who were pressured by our supervisor to attend. Three of us walked out during the first two days because it was boring and felt completely pointless. The remaining two said the three days they spent there were some of the biggest wastes of time in their lives. To this day, none of us have received a refund. What's even more concerning is that many attendees didn't even seem to know why they were there -- they were just following the lead of these so-called mentors. From our perspective, the seminar offers no real benefit and left us feeling misled. That's my honest opinion. Please do your own research and be cautious

I went to the class ready to work on me, and through the class I became aware of what about me in terms of my thinking was in my way. It answered the question for me of why did I not do the things that I know to do. I could see that in my life I often knew what to do to create more of what I wanted, and yet I didn't take the action to do those things. At the class I became aware of why and what about me was in my way. I am so grateful to me that I said yes to the person who invited me to attend the class! The BASIC class was the start for me and since that class, many areas of my life have significantly improved. In the advanced classes I experienced transformation. So grateful to PSI for the opportunity that I took.
