Under the new management I can't say enough good things about the food and service. Great food great service and great prices!

The pizza doe was raw and under cooked. Toppings were flavourless. The sauce was bland. One of the worst pizzas my wife and I had. We returned the pizza to the manager and he was extremely nice and understanding. He gave us a large pizza and wings for our trouble and said he believed the cooks used too much oil. We tried the fresh Pizza for round to with the crust cooked but same flavourless pizza. I wouldn't recommend the food there but the service was excellent. read more

This Pizza Delight used to have really, really good pizza and service whether you were Eating In or getting Take Out. In the last few years things have really gone down hill. The last time I ate in was very close to Halloween 2018 and from when we first walked in until we left, it got worse almost by the minute. When we walked in there was no server there at all so we waited at the front & the server came in & out of the kitchen a few times to get things for the only other couple in there, but he completely ignored us. So finally I called out to him telling him we wanted to eat in, he glared at us like we were some how interrupting him. Finally we got him to take our order and that was no easy task. We both had to repeat what we wanted and when I told him it would be all on 1 bill he looked at me like I had two heads and put it on 2 bills anyway. The worst part was that our server was pretty much out of it, I knew he wasn't drunk but his eyes were all bloodshot and it seemed to take everything he had to focus and pay attention to us. He was constantly on his cell phone. I don't know if he was playing a game, texting or on Facebook other people in Pizza Delight also noticed how he seemed not to be with us and to get his attention you had to go over to him, and in a restaurant that small that should not happen. He definitely didn't want to be there and made us not want to be there, I'm pretty sure I won't be eating in there again unless it's new people who own it and I know he doesn't work there. I doubt I'll even get take out from there, I'm a Celiac and he told me that they use the same pans for both and they do not separate the toppings so you think you're eating something that's not going to bother you and after I was finished eating he tells me they don't even bother to put things in simple way and have a pans that are just for Gluten free pizza. By that time I had to walk out quickly or I was going to lose my temper and yell at him when he at least let me know. Have ordered online a few times from this restaurant and it is always ready on time - the staff are friendly and the food is good.

We're from the East Coast and frequented Pizza Delight, so seeing a Pizza Delight nearby was exciting. We stopped in on our way back from the beach, about 5pm on a Sunday, about 3 weeks ago. I was stoked to have my favourite pizza. There were 3 tables seated when we arrived, with 1 of them eating (two were waiting). We ordered Garlic Fingers for a starter, 2 Mad Dogs, a panzerotti and a gyro. Drinks came right away. About 15mins later, the restaurant started filling up. After 30mins the kids started complaining. About 40mins after we ordered the garlic fingers arrived. 10-15 mins later the mains came out. A number of people were complaining about the slow service. I think 75mins start to finish is pretty bad for a bit of pizza. The server was polite but unapologetic. Overall, the experience was dampened by the very slow service and the seemingly obliviousness of the staff. This chain reminds me of where I come from so I will regardless return, however anyone else will simply remember slow service and may go elsewhere. All that said, the food was good. read more
