(See photo) (Not like the promo photo) While there is a lot of pepperoni on it (more than most places), the thick crust version (extra $1) was very tough, chewy and dry. Consistently good pizza! I'm sick of going to a place and having great pizza only to talk it up to my friends and have it disappoint because they were inconsistent. The only other very consistent pizza place rhymes with Whittle Cheezers. I love the pizza crust here, it is crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. They use quality ingredients here and it clearly affects the taste. The lunch salad bar is a great deal. They have a great salad spread with fresh vegetables and ingredients. They also have soups if you're a fan of soups, they usually have a decent clam chowder or potato soup. Lunch buffet is great. They have steak fries that are seasoned and delicious . Tip: make sure to get the frequent buyer card if you are planning to do the lunch buffet. Outdoor seating is nice, but it can get hot. read more

When I called the manager said I was going to be black listed because I requested to return the in correct products for the correct products or a credit. Even though this pizza place has chosen to stay current with its competitors by producing an app, creating a reward system and offering trendy choices (Cauliflower Crust), they still manage to offer age old specifics that will always remain a staple of a nostalgic pizza shop. They have a small video game area which is reminiscent of a simpler time, but most importantly they offer a salad bar. Due to COVID and everything that comes along with it I don't believe that the salad bar is functional, so until it returns I'd suggest sticking with the pizza and wings, they are always quality and always filling. read more

We went to eat there last weekend with a large group. The place was clean, the service and pizza was great! The only thing I would suggest would be to chop the sun dried tomatoes as they are harder to eat while on a pizza. Also there were a lot of them so reduce that too. We came here for the lunch buffet, as this is the only time we come here to eat. We no longer hold any expectations to this place, as we always seem to leave with disappointment and a hole in our pocket for the price of the food. We came in around 12:30ish pm, which the lunch buffet ended around 2 pm (as we were told after calling and asking in person). It was our family, another family with small children, and two adults who were sitting separate, and nobody was getting up to eat any of the six pizzas that were sitting out and collecting the flies that were in the building. The cashier quickly gave us our plates and drink cups, and the cashier went straight to the back of the kitchen area so he could finish his conversation with the other employee, that I think we must have interrupted them. Looked through the pizza bar, didn't see much that we liked, so we just picked some of the other slices that we could easily pick the toppings off of. We had been told from several employees from past trips here, that if there's not a lot of customers in the room then we can request a specific pizza to be made, as long as we were having the buffet. We didn't think to ask for a special request, as one of the employees was taking a pizza out of the oven, and the other person was putting a new one in, which one of the pizzas looked like a regular pepperoni pizza instead of the weird pizzas they had out that barely had any slices taken out of them. While we were eating the few slices we had, we had also picked up some salad from the salad bar. We got our usual salad fixings, which includes our ranch dressing, tomatoes, cheese, and cucumbers. I had the first bite of the cucumber, and had to resist the immediate urge to throw up the cucumber that I had just ate. All I know is that they definitely clean their vegetables they use for everything, but must not be able to wash that soap off before they put it out. It took me several minutes and almost chugging my entire drink before I got the horrid chemical taste out of my mouth, in which I had entirely lost my appetite afterward. Every other veggie that we had gotten was fine, but those cucumbers, none of them were good for the three trips we took to the salad bar. At this point, the salad was the only thing we were eating. We never come here when the buffet isn't going on, because the pizza does not taste that great once it starts getting cold. Even with the fresh pizza straight out of the oven, it always seems that the cheese never does well with melting. What pizza doesn't have that dreamy, stringy cheese when you pick it up to eat it? But they eventually made a pepperoni pizza after us being there for 45 minutes, that was gone in less than five minutes as everyone wanted that pizza. We also enjoyed a few slices of the cinnamon bread sticks which were good, but we prefer out bread sticks to be frosting with just a tad bit of bread to balance out the sugar. Overall, it was just another 'alright' experience we've had here. One great thing that would be great for probably everyone's experience, is that when there's less than ten people in the restaurant and people are having the buffet, is that the employees ask them what pizza they'd like. They had five leftover pizzas that were still not taken away by the time we left, that were there before we even ordered. read more

I came on a Sunday at 2pm and it was definitely very family friendly (read: babies everywhere, sometimes crying), I personally don't have a problem with this and it might be different in the afternoons. They have 5 TVs. They offer 8 beers on tap and some bottled beers. The customer service is really good as well, everyone is really nice and welcoming. I ordered breadsticks and they were really good. The Greek mini pizza is plenty for 1 and it was pretty good,, not the best pizza I've ever had but still good. Great new pizza place in Atwater. Definitely worth checking out read more

The crust was tasty and cooked to perfection. & Keeps gettin better.. I had the lunch buffet, which started with a salad bar ( nice options; potato wedges, veggies, sunflower seeds, & more importantly real bacon! ) then I tried a variety of pizzas. Loved the one with jalepenos and the combo. Had to have the Hawaii too. Next time I have to try the meatball pizza.. Lots of TV's for sports. Good atmosphere.. perfect for families or a quick lunch. Very clean! Very friendly! I've been to The Pizza Factory in Visalia, Farmersville, Woodlake and Three Rivers and this one was by far the cleanest and as always, delicious. They do hand toss the dough and their pizzas are good. Their subs are awesome and they have a wide variety in regards to their salad bar which includes select meats. I made a curbside order. After waiting 15 minutes we call in the pizza wasn't even started. Another 15 minutes went by they said they never got the order. We showed them the receipt for the charge and the pending charge on the bank account. The the girl denied answering the phone when she even said my wife's name.
