Awesome food but seriously needs help on their bacon. Every time I order anything with bacon it's like you're ordering the bacon fat and not so much bacon. Food is good. It's Puzza Hut. They are the only ones in town with a margarita pizza which is my favorite. Unfortunately, everything to include my pizza boxes smells heavily of cigarette smoke and marijuana when I pick it up. If you can get past that, the food isn't bad. But it does make me question how hygienic it is there. I've had an over charge up to $20 extra as well. I pay online only now, if I order there at all bc of my concerns. read more

We were in Bryan, OH for a very short time today, we decided to have their Pizza Hut Buffet seeing that our Pizza Hut in Auburn, IN no longer offers it. Very small restaurant. Our server was super sweet & attentive. However, the pizza took so LONG to hit the buffet. The first set of pizzas were placed 15 minutes after us sitting at 11:30am, gone in 5 minutes of being placed. By now the dining room is getting filled up, after church lunch. 4 pizzas 30 minutes later & 4 more pizzas 30 minutes after that. People standing around waiting buffet stand for pizza. The buffet was never full until we were about to leave at 1pm. SUPER SLOW. There were several guests that kept asking if pizza would come out, the servers just kept saying we have more in the oven it will be out soon. There's no need to not have pizza on the buffet at all times. For a $12.00 buffet meal per person, keep pizza on the buffet. Another thing, they were NOT participating in the FIFO. I watched numerous servers dumping FRESH bread sticks & cinnamon sticks on top of the old. Salad bar was good, what they had of it. They had no tomatoes, bacon bits, onion & many more veggies that were lacking. No cottage cheese, pudding, jello etc. The sugar caddies need cleaned, super nasty & sticky. Now, let's talk about the women's restroom. Gross. The floor is super greasy, light in the stall doesn't work, it's pitch black in there doing your thing. The sink faucet had gunk coming out from underneath it. Trash can was super full for the restaurant just opening. The restaurant needs a Major updating. The seats are all worn down, so many of the booths had some major damage to them. Rips and tears. Stains in the fabrics in the booths. Our over all experience wasn't a good one. read more

omg I love Pizza Hut pizza, but it's always something. Website doesn't work, can't get the actual store when I call in. instead I get someone from another country that can't actually assist me 9/10 times. no one in the store can let you use your rewards if it's not ordered online, even when the website won't load. I get medium instead of mild wing sauce, I don't leave before I check. the hotter wings are just too hot for the kids and me. It gets to the point I dread trying to order, I wish we didn't like their food. Theres always new people in the store, it's sad how bad it's gotten. read more

One of the better Pizza Huts in the area. I would recommend dining in, as the fresh pizza and breadsticks are so much better than when you get delivery or carry out. Wish the buffet was still available but I get it with the pandemic. read more

I had the misfortune of dining at this Pizza Hut on March 4, 2018. I ordered the buffet. This was by far the worst pizza I've experienced in 40 years. The pizza was dry with sparse toppings. The only pizza that was edible was the pineapple ham pizza. The others were all thin crust and over baked. The salad side had a very limited selection and was not well maintained. Food crumbs were contaminated every food on the bar. When I went to the register the back of the house seemed very unorganized and dirty. As a franchise this one has seen it's day. It needs to be shut down until it can be remodeled, cleaned up and have a staff that knows what they are doing. It's a typical Pizza Hut, but the service hasn't always been top notch. I'll go back probably when the boyfriend gets a hankering for it but Myro's has them beat. It's always dead when we go in as well..so when the service is slacking, they really have no excuse. read more

The service was awful. When I cut I got my pizza it was not cut correctly. I was not asked if I wanted a Dipper to go with my stuffed crust. On the pizza there were barely any toppings and the crust was way to thin. I did not order a thin crust pizza. Not hardly any cars in the lot! After eating there today now I understand why! Wait 15 minutes to have a drink order taken, 5 minutes after that to have food order taken. Wait 45 more minutes for two personal pan pizzas! Seriously! We are at over an hour now and maybe 10 people total in the whole restaurant! The service was so slow we considered leaving! I ordered a pepperoni, bacon and black olives pizza also a 20oz of Mountain Dew. The pizza was ok at best, the toppings really weren't spread out that well I had tons of black olives on half and kinda skimpy on the other half. The pizza it's self tasted ok at best. I got the 20 oz and it was warm they must have run out of cold ones. So she offered me a glass of ice... all in all I would say that my experience was sub par and I probably won't be eating Pizza Hut unless everyone else is closed. read more
