Hubby & I stopped in for a late lunch. We were in the area for a crafting retreat & this diner was recommended. The ambiance was typical of a diner with delicious looking desserts featured in a case up front. We both ordered off the senior menu (60+) which came with 2 sides & a dessert. I ordered meatloaf with a tossed salad (w/homemade ranch dressing) & a bowl of stuffed pepper soup. Hubby got a pork chop with mashed potatoes & green beans. We both chose rice pudding for dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The rice pudding was very good. It's obvious that most of the food is homemade. The green beans were canned according to the server. Our server took good care of us. This restaurant used to be the original Lester's, changed the name to Four Seasons. They are open for business and open to dine in during pandemic time. We came around 4:30pm, get in before the crowds. Most of staffs were wearing mask , they do keep some tables unavailable in order to follow the six feet away police. They also have hand sanitizer available at the cashier by the door. I had shrimp fajitas. The food was a bit over cooked, burned a bit, so it looked all black, can't really tell what's in the plate. But I haven't eat out since stay at home order for months, so it was good to have something different to eat. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable about their dishes. For a small town like Bryan, it is a pretty decent place to eat. read more

It's been a very long time since I've been to this restaurant. I grew up in this town of Bryan Ohio, and would go to Lester's quite often. That was the name of the restaurant back in the days until it changed over to the Four Seasons. The kitchen bar is no longer in the restaurant and they changed it over to be a little bit more traditional home decorated instead of 1950s Greyhound bus train stop genre. But it still has the old bones of the wonderful memories I've had growing up in this town. I used to DJ at Kauffman's Rathskeller in the basement and after the evening we would go over to Lester's and have breakfast. So the waitresses certainly had to put up with a lot of drunk clientele but it was good place to sober up I guess lol. The menu is still quite expansive with all types of food from Greek, American, Italian to homestead. The plates are generous servings that most cannot finish. I had the tour of Greece Gyro with baklava for dessert. To be honest the meat was a little dry but since has been Covid 19 they're probably haven't been a lot of customers in the restaurant which would certainly explain things. The waitress was just a doll and very helpful at serving us. My parents came with us and are quite in their years. This is the first time my parents have been out to a restaurant since the beginning of the pandemic so it was a real treat for everyone. I'm glad we could experience this dinner together. I would certainly come back to this restaurant again. read more

Food that we ordered at first wasn't good. My wife's potato soup was sour.my beef Manhattan was cold and mashed potatoes were lumpy. Pancakes that I ordered afterwards were good. Service was ok. My family has been coming to this restaraunt for over fifty years. Not sure when Lesters was changed into the Four Seasons but they have done a good job of keeping the landmark of downtown Bryan alive. This place is true throwback to the good old days in Small Town USA. When I was younger I didn't pay attention to a lot of things when going out to eat, but as an adult I go out so often you notice a lot of the details when you try to go out to a lot of different places. Walking into the Four Seasons is like walking back into the past. The decor is a combination of everything that has taken place in this location and community before, during, and after Lesters. The parking lot, dining room, and men's restroom were clean and orderly with good flow. I was quickly greated, seated, and brought a water and menu. Breakfast was simple and easy, eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, toast, and coffee. I thought the eggs were done well, the potatoes were too greasy and the portion a little smaller than it should be, the bacon was so crispy it was dry, while the coffee was pretty good. While my waitress was friendly and semi attentive, I thought the service was slower than need be based on how many people appeared to be working and how many customers were here. Perhaps they were short in the kitchen, but it took over twenty minutes to get a single breakfast. My waitress did a good job refilling my coffee but never asked how the meal was and took ten minutes to bring the check after I finished eating. Overall the meal wasn't the best and it was far from the worst. I think the prices are a little on the high side for a small town and didn't see the value in the food to justify the cost. I will keep up the family tradition and come back again, but think I will try lunch or dinner and see if I can find something I like. With the good and the bad, I am glad the restaraunt in this location will live on long after I am gone. read more

Just passing through and we stopped for lunch. The spinach feta omelette was the fluffiest I've ever had. I don't know how they do it. It came with fresh, perfectly ripe fruit and awesome biscuits. I passed on the potatoes because I think of restaurant potatoes as greasy. I bet that I was wrong and they would have been great too. My husband had " excellent" broccoli soup, perfect fries and a steak wrap that he ate before he could remember what he'd ordered. We saw the wonderful desserts but stuck with coffee....and it kept coming. The service was professional and friendly. What a find. Too bad we live so far away. read more

My server Tay was a complete bitch. We got all our drinks right away which was nice, but than we waited a half hour for our food and people around us that got her after was getting it before us which is bullshit. Than she got our refills all mixed when we asked for water. All our food came out cold and only thing they could do was remake it and didn't want to wait another half hour for food. Today i went to 4 seasons for lunch. The service was poor. The waitress mixed up my soup (lemon rice (it was ok)) and by the time I was half way done my food was out and I didn't finish my soup. I had the four seasons wrap. Excellent! But when she served it she forgot my fries! So by the time she said "I'm going to get them now..." I was already finished and just canceled them. The place has a nice warm decor and the service is good, quite fast as well. I would be happy to see more vegetarian options on the menu but I did find some in there. My spinach pie came with a hearty portion of the Greek salad and potatoes. Baklava that came with it was good too. I liked their bread pudding as well.
