Traveling so needed something fast... Came around lunch so there was a buffet going. Let me tell you I am not a fan of anywhere where the food just sits out for an undetermined amount of time. In a small town how fast do you think this buffet turns? When we got there the buffet was full... we needed to be fast so we did the buffet... The pizza had obviously been there for a while! The bread sticks were so hard a jackhammer couldn't have broken them. The pizza was hard and only slightly edible. However while we were trying to figure out what we were going to eat... they brought out 3 fresh pizzas. A neat lovers, a pepperoni, and a cheese... basically just for us. The bathrooms were a disaster! Basically unusable... terribly nasty! The food ended up being ok... there basically was no service at all... but the price was cheap... 7$ per adult and 3 per child. Bringing out those fresh pizzas save the review for them for sure. Or it was looking like one star only! read more

Last time my pizza had hardly any sauce on them so I called the store and they said due to Covid they were running short so today I ordered pizza thinking it would be better but I was wrong. I ordered 2 pizzas and one was almost burned and the other one was also over cooked. I also paid over 2.00 for xtra cheese on one of them and both pizzas had the same amount of cheese. read more

No stars. The GM was extremely rude. Jessica Ramirez. She was far more concerned with getting out on time than taking care of a paying, first time customer. I have never in my life experienced service like this. I know what it's like to work in the food industry. But NEVER SAY IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER that "I'll never get out of here...!" I've worked in a sandwich shop and have had to stay late by hours before to just make sure the shift was covered and that customers were taken care of. I will never come here again. And even plan on writing an email to corporate. If they are anything like my previous employers, it will hopefully be addressed ASAP. read more

Ok so I'm a big Pizza Hut fan BUT..... Not the one in Buffalo TX !!!! If your paying cash you will be OK But if you are using a debit card or credit card DO NOT leave a tip on the card here is why. We ate dinner here and bought $28.12 in pizza. Great food, service was good, staff was friendly, Got ready to leave they bring the check I give them my card they bring it back to the table, I add $4.38 for a tip and total the bill at $32.50 and hit the road home. Two days later I see debit for 28.12 and $32.50 ??? YEP $60.62 in charges I've called them three times, the manager said he credited the $28.12 and I need to call my bank. I've done this and have yet to receive a credit back it's been over two weeks now. Soo if you go to Buffalo, don't get clipped at the Hut. read more

Service was ok but they don't have spicy BBQ for the wings anymore which sucks no French dressing for my salad and the traditional wings come in a smaller order then the bone out what's up with that but the salad was fresh ordered sauce for my wings and they was out of 2 of the sauces we wanted for are wings worst Pizza Hut on the planet read more

If this place had to stay in business based off of the quality of service they provide; it would have been shut down a long time ago. I have given them chance and chance again, but to no success. Every time I am there it seems like there is one person waiting on the dining room, with only about 4 guests in the restaurant and it takes forever to get something or to even get service, we usually always go during the Buffett, because we know that we can serve ourselves when it comes to food and it will be faster, but the pizza has always been out a while and fresh ones only come every so often. Just today they took forever to wait on me while managing to mess up two other orders that I heard about just by standing at the counter trying to pay out and a guest from the dining room came up with a complaint as well. I don't know how this place doesn't go under or why people keep going back, but you can bet yourself I'm not going back in there!! read more
